This is a DHCP configuration file on Ian Reynolds's Github. If used, it would allow a network administrator to identify which user is logging in from which IP address, which, when combined with firewall logs, would allow him to identify which user was connecting to a given IP address (for example, one used by Wikileaks). All the commits on this appear to have been made on July 20th and 21st, 2016, but they include:

D.C. is completely covered with cameras. They 100% have him on camera between 1:00- 4:20 (or whenever it was) in fact. I'd bet they have 2+ angles of him literally being murdered. The evidence has surely been seized, and there isn't a single DC store owner on above ground who could give a fuck about Seth Rich enough to risk their own safety..

Someone will innevitably FOIA tapes (or something like that), but it's not gonna be me. That's all I'm saying.. definitely not a shill, just not playing /pol/: CIA Edition anymore until there is solid evidence.
