Ok shot, dont mind the weird blue in the sky, I like that the trees are underexposed. Usually I dont mind a lot of blank space when it comes to it being the sky but there's just no compelling reason to have it in this photo. Nothing in the top half is really contrasting or benefiting the bottom. It's not a bad photo at all, it just happens to be a subject that cant be any more interesting.

This is just poorly shot. The over-edited sky does nothing but take my attention away from the bird, as well as it just creates a lot of chromatic aberration. It's like you decided to make pop the one thing that shouldnt be on the viewers mind. Also, the bird is out of focus. Nature photography is one of the hardest disciplines to be good at because it requires a lot of patience. Good luck.

Well, you got the depth of field correct. The issue with this is that flowers in general are cliche and you have to be extra cautious if youre planning on taking something thats interesting with them. This is just purely a closeup with nothing interesting going on compositionally. I would suggest taking a glance at something like Collier Schorr's Blumen series or Joan Fontcuberta's Herbarium work to see some compelling work with flowers as the subject.

This scene has so much potential. I dont care at all for the foreground in this due to the poor lighting and those lights are too distracting (your hue is too cool). I'm also having trouble figuring out what the focal point in this is supposed to be, is it the the weird long object or the doors in the middle of the frame? I would've preferred close ups of the various things in these frame (the water on the ground, the shadows of those metal frames near the walls, the empty window on the top right, and how these things look with the blue lighting than what you showed.

I like this one. This is good composition, and here's why:
The vertical lines stabilize the image. The halo of black leads the eye around to the flower and candlestick. The flower is pleasing for me because of its form and because it crosses from shadow to light. I find the subject curious; interesting.

It's well-exposed, but as long as you have a steady hand and a tight aperture like that, you can afford to drop your shutter speed down to 1/125. You need all the light you can get with a T2i.
