does music actually help with studying? if so could you rec me some tunes for very hard math?
I might try some mozart is it actually a meme or does classical music help?
I can't see how it could. Music is a series of loud, continuous blows against your eardrum, how in the fuck can anything like that help your concentration.
I find that it doesn't necessarily increase the efficiency or effectiveness of studying, but it does make you want to drop out of school a little less.
listen to hip hop when you're trying to read it's great

Good albums you've NEVER seen discussed on /mu/

It's the perfect angry guitar album to transition post-hardcore and crust into the 90s noise rock/math rock arena and no one ever talks about it because they only gained recognision and became übersuccessful with their electronic rock of the late 90s

That actually sounds amazing. DLing now.
Here's an album that sound like distilled apocalyptic blues.

I think it's funny how they started cresting a wave of something that would become really popular and then A Day to Remember quickly stole it from them and rode that wave to huge success while FYS faded out. Same thing My Chemical Romance did to AFI and The Used.
Thoughts on Golden Earring?
