I like him personally, but I also am someone who can stand angsty/whiny sounding singing and/or lyrics which is what a lot of Corgan's early stuff is
I totally understand not liking his singing though, I've met people who just can't enjoy it
I also usually get used to "unique" vocalists though so that helps too, like Danny Brown and Les Claypool

I think it runs too long for its own good, and some of the tracks don't feel fleshed out enough. But when Rashad does his job, fuck it's awesome. Some of my fav songs of 2016 are off this guy 8/10

They both have very loyal fans that get really deep into the genre to understand its nuances. Not only that, they often as a result tend to have it become other parts of their lives ranging from fashion to finding obscure records that would deserve a remaster and remaster them. Other genre fans don't care for the music as much so they don't get as deep as metal and hip hop fans do.
