Why does some bands completely die when a band member leaves the band?
pic fucking related
I don't know, maybe they wish they were back together again
Because one person's workflow can fuck everything up if they leave.
>>73275481
maybe cause Fish is the greatest prog frontman since Peter Gabriel, and 2nd greatest all time
Why aren't you listening to The Flatliners yet? What the hell is wrong with you?

Spiritualized
What's the worst vaporwave you've ever heard?
vaporwave is not a real genre
>>73275353
i run an electronic/ experimental label and some of the submissions i get are fucking horrific
its really easy to make bad vapor
>>73275353
This was lazy as fuck, and typifies the downward spiral vaporwave has fallen into over the last few years. Nobody makes anything good anymore, just takes slight vapor influences or imagery or "aesthetics" and applies it to other music.
:(
>tfw started to unironically like Death Grips
huh.
do record stores carry the albums?
do they still have the habit of not showing up at gigs?
depends what kind of record store you go to. if you go to a hipster store or urban outfitters or barns and noble then youll definitely find some death grips records
>>73275322
>Unironically liking any music

>>73275140
Versatility.
Artists who change genres frequently and are willing to experiment with new styles are always great.
Pic related is a big example of this. No 2 albums of his sound the same.
>>73275178
what a completely retarded argument
Alright, so after skimming through Muslimgauze stuff and then getting disappointed that it is almost all super repetitious, what is some good (dark) dub? I already like some of Scientist's stuff, what else is there?
How dare you draw Madotsuki in a sexy pose!
She's only, like, 12!
>>73276884
Everything about her is up to interpretation.
>>73276884
Everyone talks about the same things on this board over and over again and it's starting to get really boring.
In this thread we will post and discuss our favorite little known of albums/artists. Preferably from "weirder" and less accessible genres (not necessary however).
Pic related is Ninety Seven Circles by Juke/19. It sounds like early Boredoms work except far noisier and may have been an inspiration for Boredoms themselves
forgot to post youtube link:

Nice find. Spot on with the early Boredoms comparison, reminds me of Osamu Sato's works too.

This is an opera composed by Italian composer Fausto Romitelli, which takes influences from glitch, EAI and psych rock. I haven't come across anything like it.

Who do porch monkeys listen to?
Not Kanye
Not The Smiths
Porches
tfw you look pleb cause half of your favorite albums are mu-core even though your taste in music is very expansive and varied
What separates you from the true plebs is that you don't rearrange the /mu/-core chart and post it in chart threads.
I mean, you don't do that, do you OP?
>>73274821
>even though your taste in music is very expansive and varied
>mu core
Why tf do you care tho
