I downloaded the Sims OST, and a lot of the songs have an issue that's difficult for me to describe. Like... during certain parts, it will fade out for just a moment, like as though I was using sensitive headphones and wiggled the jack. The same problems are on Youtube uploads of the same songs, so I wanted to know if there was something I could do that would deal with it directly, like if there's some kind of option in Audacity that would fix it.

Is hip hop over now?
We were going through a period where it was getting very popular, but after Young Thug was revealed to be a meme, Kendrick (at the time the most popular and acclaimed rapper in the world) immediately dropped the ball and outed himself a talentless pseud who doesn't know how to write songs or play instruments.
It certainly didn't help when every rapper got on board with the racist terrorist organization #BLM or when Hamilton neutered hip hop of any remaining subversive qualities.
I guess the only remaining hip hop groups of interest today are Death Grips and Kanye
