The rest is just playing with basic math, so that you don't have to multiply stuff 12.000 times (100 people with 10s cooldown in 20min = 12.000 pixels/events).
The probability that the first pixel after the Update did not already get set is 3600000/3600000 = 1 ... the next pixel is 3599999/3600000 .... the pixel after this is 3599998/3600000... and this 12.000 times and multiply everything together.

The " total number of all outcomes" is 3600000 and never changes, because the list of pixels to set doesn't change during the time between updates... so it gets multiplied with itself 12.000 times = 3600000^(12000).
The countdown-thingy 3600000*3599999*3599998*... of the "number of desired outcomes" can be written with factorials and is 3600000!/(3600000-12000)!

I think it was agreed that the last mural would be dedicated to villains from the show. Personally I'd like something like pic related. Spritemaster had some pretty good designs for the final mural such as this one. I don't know why this design was shot down, other than the colours being off and perhaps giving the characters a bit of an 'edgy' vibe. I really liked it.
