Why would i write more? It is just a small sign, there is no reason to get triggered or offended by it. So this drama was brought to you exclusively by triggered discord drama queens and the people who suspected me behind some specific post were wrong.

I am from Brazil and after he helped us to get back to pixelcanvas, some few people were sceptical about how this person who isn't even from our faction has too much power.
Some of our people tried to develop their own bot and horse helped them. He even made an API for them, so that they can use mlpixel.org for their bots. Then all the sceptics suddenly got silent.

I think the problem here is basically the same.
Because nobody had a problem (or even knew about this guys existence) here before he made mlpixel.org. And now suddenly people write a few hundred posts about how bad a small fuck sign is and how this is all his fault and make up stories about bots.

So why don't you just get the other developers to contribute to mlpixel.org too? Maybe this would solve your problems, if he isn't the only one able to run the site. You had people who tried to improve the herokuapp site. They could contribute.
Horse wrote a few threads ago, when someone requested it to be OpenSource, that everybody can contribute and that he will help other developers, but that the only people requesting or wanting to help are from other factions. Why is nobody from /mlp/ using this offer?

To be honest, the API was just the first one of multiple preparations for a time when pixelcanvas isn't active anymore. The third one will get released when Fausticom is finished.

They can't do this, because the other developers don't do anything anymore and just don't want to contribute.
5 weeks ago the herokuapp guy put his site on github, because he stopped to maintain it and a group of /mlp/ "developers" gathered to make it better. Those multiple people didn't do anything in over a month. But the French cloned the github project, improved it and use it themselves now. It was also a great help for them to rebuild the server side of my Botnet.
It doesn't really surprise me that we don't hear anything from those "developers" anymore.
At the moment, the developers of other factions are just more active, so they ask questions and request help. There is just no active /mlp/ developer who could accept the offer.

Improved another thing. The grid was drawn with strokes. This is both rather slow and looks bad due to antialiasing. My version now has crisp(er) 1 px grid lines (using fillRect).

Honestly, this "menu" gets a little bit too full now for my liking and most people just won't use most of those things.
And the most used option… the zoom + / -... is the hardest one to use. (want to zoom out -> move your mouse to the tiny "-" -> you move the cursor over some area where there is no template -> you are zooming out but you don't see the result because it says "No Template in this area").

Since this is cancer, i will maybe just rely on keyboard shortcuts in the future. Everybody who is too lazy to use the keyboard shurtcuts would also be too lazy to use the menu anyway.

Also the stroks don't get dragged or zoomed or reloaded, they get drawn exactly one time and every time when you click a zoom button. There is no performance or antialiasing issue here. Also you have to draw a+b stokes, while you would have to draw a*b fillRects to do the same. But fillRects would be a better preparation for future changes (highlighting of wrong pixels i.e.). So don't be sad if i decide to not do this.

The performance point is moot, I agree. The antialiasing is still a thing though. I disabled antialiasing for the board as well and now it's actually a really crisp 1px grid. I wouldn't trust strokes and antialiasing when I want something crisp looking (like the actual grid in pixelcanvas).
