Applejack works really fucking hard with her hooves and probably only washes up before dinner.
Dash's would be decent, since she almost never walks on them and probably keeps them trimmed because "muh aerodynamics". But zero polish.

Pinkie Pie would be decentish, maybe. She gets a lot of mileage but it would go well with her image to maintain them.

Twilight's are probably neatly trimmed and shaped as cleanly as her mane. Maybe even a bit of polish; after all, unicorns have an image to uphold. Plus it's easier.

Obviously Rarity has the best though. Fluttershy's would be fine too since she goes to the spa with Rarity ever week except for her nervous habit of biting them.
