Honestly when you hear peoples recollections of what happened in Zeta and why it is is bad, the fact of the matter is most of the time they have clearly missed things that happened in the show, and usually get certain events straight up wrong, accusing the show of lacking things it had, or having things that it did'nt have. There is also a tendency to not offer any real critique but to just complain about things that made no sense to them ( which they would've got if they were able to pay attention) or just calling it "autistic".

The Rosamia arc was distinct from Four's arc though.

Kamille needed to experience a different newtype connection than the one he had with Four because it let him realize that newtype connections are not romances. With Four it played out like a romance so he did'nt really get what was going on. But when he engaged with Rosamia he mentioned that interacting with her allowed him to realized that what he had with Four was'nt a romance but more like what he and Rosamia had, which very clearly was'nt a romance, but rather a newtype connection.

So far we are 2 for 2 on the " Zeta haters don't know what they are talking about" chart. We can continue on if you want.

Just finished Zeta. I slightly prefer 0079 but fuck Zeta was great. I couldn't believe how depressed I was after seeing that ending, so I saw the movie version of the ending afterwards. I heard it isn't canon but it's still nice to see. I'm watching ZZ now.
