Let's say Gurren Lagann shows up in the next standalone.
Would you want the entire Dai-Gurren Brigade to be playable units?
Personally I think it would just clog up the unit roster, especially considering that you'll have to bullshit some to get them a second, non-combo attack.
I don't see a problem with it as long as there's a twin system in place. Unless you make even those guys that only had like two lines in the whole show playable it's not any more units than you'd get out of most shows.
In retrospect, I might have bitten off more than I could chew going for a "super customizable units" gameplay approach, if only because the data entry for all the possible weapons and parts is so mind-numbingly tedious when you got to do them in text files.
>Unless you make even those guys that only had like two lines in the whole show playable
If by "two lines" you mean the people like the twins and the guy who piloted that monkey. Pretty much everybody who isn't piloting a battleship, Simon, Yoko/ Dayaka, or Kittan.
You and me both, brother.
Thinking about it, you could probably fit Dead Aggressor, Heaven and Earth, and Exodus all into a 60 stage game, considering that Heaven and Earth's plot can be done in all of three stages.
>Gaogaigar Pinpoint Gasha
What is with this "Gasha with only one SSR" thing? They've been doing it a lot lately and it's NEVER worth it.
Akira has a girlfriend.
SRC in English? Actually, kind of interested.
>SRC in English? Actually, kind of interested.
I'm testing putting English stuff into the Engine, although interface stuff like character limits are a bitch.
It's going to end up being like the FMW3 patch though where the story dialogue, unit skills, Spirit Commands etc are in English but the menus are in Japanese... but I'm pretty sure everyone memorized the kanji for Move/Attack/Whatever by now right?
>Is it possible to make 1-range, non-P attacks in SRC's engine, or is the "all 1-range attacks are P" thing universal?
There's a special weapon property, "Q" (and it has to be that special Japanese letter instead of normal Q) that does that.
The Alt Eisen in SRC Dungeon has a weapon with that property because Impact stats lol.
Heh, nice to see my image spam from before getting used for the header.
Meet me in the R-1's cockpit after dinner!
I haven't played this since late-October. I think I just got sick of it. And found better wastes of time for mobile.
真・魔装機神 PANZER WARFARE
Next mainstream SRW title when?
I'm tired of this OG garbage, if it doesn't have Folka it goes straight into the trash.
Pretty much. It's a re-doing of my last attempt at making a cast list that generally goes with a theme of magic-based series vs. post apocalypse. The original concept was something of a "surface Earth sucks, inner Earth is a fantasy world" kind of thing, but if that concept could be altered to where there's little involvement of an inner-earth, I wouldn't mind.
As for obscurity, I have no excuse; I don't know most of these things aside from basic concepts, which hampers the coherence of my lists a bit.
I don't blame you anon, I just got used to it and grab my Bontas every Tuesday, Thursday, and weekends to level since after a certain point that's all you got.
The game pretty much shits diamonds at you though compared to other premium currencies.
Maybe, but I just wanted to show the artwork to someone.
Cowtits here unrelated.
whoever came up with that meme needs to fuck off because that was one of the legitimately cool crossover stuff in J's background plot that gets forgotten because lol who cares about the Mithril guys and the Lacus crew working together with the Dancougar team as their rep
Super Robot Wars MS
Mobile Suit Gundam F91

I'm probably missing a really obvious series for this theme, but
Oh fuck off
"Hey guys, here's God Gundam. Don't ask where I got it."
"Hey guys, just let me explain this shit no one else knows about for some reason."
Dancouga working with Mithril was cool. Alan's bullshit was just silly.
because G Gundam was poorly integrated into the plot but nobody here cares because MUH G GUNDAM
the rest of the "magical Alan Igor plot moments" are things that make sense with the backstory they've established. They're teamed with fucking Mithril, Lacus Clyne and her supports, and Cagalli's dad and you're surprised Alan knows about the mech upgrade and Touya's uncle? Weren't we praising the Z originals for being well-integrated with the other series settings, like how Setsuko was a Titans member or Crowe being part of a Brittanian squad? What, does it not count if it's a bunch of series you don't care about or hate outright?
So we're all gonna make SRW OC Generation after Eternity comes out, right?
Yeah, Alan explaining things to everyone, INCLUDING members of Mithril, that seem like they should be common fucking knowledge makes perfect sense. Sure. J is known for it's flawless execution of crossovers after all. It's almost as bad as no one but the G Gundam cast (and Alan, of course) knowing about the Gundam Fights for some reason. And whatever the hell was going on with the Neo-Colonies.
They're probably depending on people buying VIP instead of gasha currency for income. And I just want to say I don't hate the game, but I found things I liked more later on.
The only reason I can see to buy anything in that game is impatience, which I can understand other people not wanting to wait god knows how long for whatever suit to finally drop but you really have no reason to every spend money on the game just use your diamonds wisely.
I would have liked those to have nudity too.
The Mari support's worth making 50 attempts at the event coin gasha (Hit and Crit Rate Up on Shooter). I only got two things that weren't C or UC in 50 tries, but one of them was an SR Aquarion.
Remainder that there's still lots of D plot to be resolved, like Josh eventually getting an evil personality, Glacies to be saved, who the makers of Fabula Fores and who sealed Perfectio, and that it'll probably be absorbed into another's game plot.
>who the makers of Fabula Fores and who sealed Perfectio,
What is needed out of this has already been resolved.
All we need to know about the race that sealed Perfectio was that they sealed Perfectio. That in of itself resolves any and all relevance they need in the story.
All we need to know of the Fabula Fores is that, well, they exist. The origins of their conception are not important.
It would be completely asinine to further insinuate that these are "unresolved."
Sucks that she wasn't permanently Koichi's subpilot in L. At least, it sucked for me because Linebarrel was always with Sandrock, so her Accel would've been useful.
At least UX had Dash.
I believe there's a CC one as well, but I think that one, at least on the only place where I've managed to dig up these images, comes only in smaller and less quality pics.
Or maybe I was thinking of the Halloween ones, here's CC.
Wait is this actually a fantasy series? I can't find plot synopsis of it anywhere so I wasn't sure what kind of setting it had. If it does I'm moving it to mine because I already have Dancougar BURN and the combo between them is something I want to do.
Now that all the characters know about the past cycles and the void memories do you think next OG games will use them in general? Like, not only mention it only during the final boss of OGMD while dropping plot, or during save skits, but actually using it regularly, in the story, comedy and gameplay?
Like, when seeing Touya getting scared, some characters could tell him stuff like "don't worry, all of this already happened in a previous cycle, you'll probably be fine".
Or Kyosuke could remember his fighting experiences from Impact and start using the claymores as a mapw.
I actually have no idea, I just like the look and name of it. Given it has a combo with BURN, though, it probably means it could at least fit somehow, unless the combo's some kind of in-joke aside from them being made by the same guy.
Darn, I was hoping at least someone was able to get some translation bits on it. I've been digging for some information myself lately but I've come up with practically nothing other than "It's Hasegawa and no one wants to translate it because Hasegawa."
I actually mean when it first shows up not it's power level at the end of the game where it'll be either slightly stronger than OG2nd or almost as strong as the CotE version.
My bet is that they will be completely ignored, as the concept was only relevant with Euzeth and he kind of went to reincarnate in another universe and won't appear again in OG universe
Considering Bandai seems to want to kill Late UC repeatedly with a new anime of Unicorn of all things, probably never. I think they'd rather have you not know Late UC exists at all anymore at this rate.
The GC/XO version is also there if you look harder, but that's it. Other omission I find annoying is a absence of a Rathgrid Raven (the green one) attack video for 2nd OG. Same thing with OGG, I know, but everybody else got a video, even that gaia saber plane mook!
Everything in SRW except the C3 only guys were in Card Chronicle.
SR is meant to be easy to get. Every one you limit break gives you an SSR, every SSR you break gives you a really good SSR.
He'll be back.
His reincarnation will arrive through the Crossgate.
His reincarnation will also be a highschool idol because pandering. She'll have a strong sense of justice because Banpresto is fucking terrible at characterization.
So, time for a cast concept idea. I was just imagining a series list comprising of mostly low-tech entries on earth's part. Anything with more outlandish strength or power sources would be impossible with their tech, so basically, most any Super would need to be born of alien origin, or something from ancient civilization.
Mostly I thought that OYW Gundam and Dragonar would be the standard for Earth tech, and then stuff like Raideen, Gorg, Grendizer and Zambot would be the kind of Supers allowed. With all the supernatural forces against them, eventually the human wars would need to sideline themselves and team up to combat the real menaces.
Anybody got some suggestions to what else might for that? Once I'm back home I might try to actually compile a list for the concept.
It depends on the cast list.
If it's small? Go right ahead!
If it's huge like @3? Fuck no.
If it's by some Christmas Miracle, a game with a lot of effort put into it like Z1? Go ahed, put in as many as you can.
On that note, we need to set limits/barriers on who counts as a summon attack and who doesn't. Athrun, Rey and Luna being fucking summon attacks was fucking shameful. I'd honestly rather they just not be in it.
On the note of GSD, if they want to have Heine playable, but don't want to shell out the cash for his voice actor, just have Abby do te talking for him as his personal operator or something.
You remember Abby, right? Meryin's short-lived replacement?
>coming out of buttfuck nowhere with hella intel and knowledge is kind of alan`s thing
Pretty much. SRWJ isn't great, but I think people have gotten too hard on their hateboners for it. Honestly, It's the best GBA SRW and set SRWW on the right path. I like D's story better, but the gameplay and graphics aren't all that great, and I love R's cast list, but same problem as before (and it's easy as fuck)
I don't know anything about it because I'm not interested in VNs. Which is weird, because I like JRPGs and I like reading books, but for some reason I'd rather do one of those than read a VN.
There's also the OG Muv-Luv:
No Mazinger, No Getter..
You can just say Magic exist, so Demonbane or Ryu Knight's would be possible in a low tech world.
Isn't Gorg a real robot? It would be fun to add in Gaiking.
That way you have a One Piece vibe,
Having a WTF series is weird, but weird.
Somehow put in Dragonar Academy or Digimon. That would be weird. Do it.
Here are some idea's
G: Giganos and Zeon are not on the same side but are enemies making the OYW and 3-way war.
G + Dra: Demon's appear during the OWY.
G: Zeon and GAIL team up.
Dra: After America gets taken over, due to Dragonar plot. GAIL is able to keep America alive, and by joining with Zeon and somehow take America back from Giganos
Rai: lost continent of Mu and New Austral Island. Are the same location.
G + Dra: The Aliens Gaizok come and attack during the OYW. They do whatever they can make Feds, Zeon and Giaganos destroy each other.
Rai: Manon and the Jin Family descendants know the Mu.
Gorg: Jin Family descendants were part of the Gorg colony ship. Beal and the Gorg Planet are the same planet that blew up, thx to Gaizok.
Not sure how Grendizer will fit I suggest take it out, but Gundam, Dragonar, Gorg, Raideen and Zambot 3 should work well together, just add Mazinger, Getter and one Real robot show and you got a good cast list.
I dunno what he's talking about, either. I never claimed to have taste.
I took Latin in high school because I was interested in its history as a language due to being so connected to English. Also, the Roman Empire was HQ'd in Italy and I'm Italian so I wanted to know about my people.
Alright, so I'm facing a difficult decision.
Excuse the blogpost, but long story short I have access to two computers, one of which is portable.
This means I can have a "primary" SRW to get footage of/other miscellany, while having a "secondary" SRW on the other.
At the same time, I have a shared drive between those computers.
With that, I'm given the choice to work on the same game (Compact 1) on both computers, or work with another SRW (preferably a handheld) on the secondary.
So, ultimately, the options are:
A) Work on Compact exclusively until I've finished uploading everything relevant (that is, first and foremost, unit attacks)
B)Work on Compact on the primary computer but work on another handheld SRW on the secondary, which then begs the question of which to pick.
Gorg both is and is not a real. If we were talking about what Gorg is in terms of weaponry and all that other bullshit, it's reasonably Real. If we're talking about SRW terms? It's slow (in the same way Big O is, it can get pretty fast in a straight run if it has space), can't fly, and doesn't dodge anything... because it's 100% fucking invincible and takes literally no damage at all ever over the course of the show.
I'd say the only real VN IP that can qualify as "advanced" is Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, of all things. The darn thing has a big amount of thick books and worldbuilding.
Wow, I didn't know you had a fetish for Rule34 Krusty the Klown!
I know he probably means the other battleship captain
I noticed a significant drop in the amount of damage I took when I set the Gran Gulan as my battleship. I just don't know if the bonus is percentage based on level or static based on level.
KYOSUKE AND EXCELLEN, LOVERS FOR NO REASON.
Seriously, even fucking bullet and kusuha had more of a build up. In their case, excellen already started crushing on kyosuke and kyosuke seemed to feel the same from day one, just being one dull motherfucker who has no facial expression beyond dull surprise
here's something similar I whipped up, it has a heavy OYW and Magic focus, a couple of the series might violate what you stipulate, but at the same time none of those ones feel like they're too powerful either(except maybe Daitarn 3), and most of them are singular in nature(excluding the Mazinger Army;

possible extra details I might go into later
Went overboard on the event gacha trying to get an SSR. That'll teach me
And now that I'm back, I make good on my posting promise. I like that they give some focus to some of the older series for the obligatory cute girl support cards.
to be fair a lot of the Gundam entries are either going to be finished in a small amount of stages, or be Unit Only
this list is kinda old, I forgot to update it to account for Galient having made it in
Yes, robots are new, except:
>SvN Getter means they've been around for at least 5 years
>Daitarn 3 means they've been around since Banjo was a young adult, so 10, maybe 15 years?
>Kotetsushin Jeeg means they've been a thing for 50 FUCKING YEARS
Not a single problem to report here!
Also, Galient's not a new series, and thirty four fucking series for a first game jesus christ on five wheels.
Oh hey, you. I should probably thank you. You're the only reason I'm getting through this event with my sanity intact, it takes your Mazinger and a fuckload of luck to beat Aquarions for my team at level ~65.
34 series is still absolutely fucking huge, man.
So I'm still trying to get through my five runs of Z3-1 and I've come across a glitch of some sort. Put simply, whenever I try to go to the unit upgrade screen, the game freezes. Nothing works, it doesn't even transition to that actual screen.
It was fine when I went on a route split but now that the routes have joined up again, it's crashed once more. Not sure what the problem is of if there's anything I can do to fix it, has anyone else encountered this?
Reminds me, I just stumbled across this.
With any luck, I'll be able to get a Powered Aquarion tomorrow, and then I'll basically shove all of my money and +EXP parts into it until it's decent leveled, and with its event-killing ability I might get something out of that.
By the way - is the Gran Garan the +Attack ship?
Maybe. I could have sworn there was a battleship page on Akurasu.
Time for the prototype of that list I was talking about.
well 5 years isn't all that long ago(and I figure it only really matters with Real Robots), figure we can fudge it with Daitarn(and I'll admit I've only seen one episode of it and that was like 4-6 years ago so I don't remember anything about it at all), and as for Jeeg, figure that's a bit of an exception since Jeeg is both a Super Robot, and one that uses an ancient artifact as it's power source
also yeah it's pretty huge, although it's only about 7 more series than Alpha 1 had, but then it's just a fan idea(and if we did need to trim some series I have no real issue removing a couple of the Gundam Side Stories)
please provide an English list, it's obnoxious when people do this
For your sake, I shall comply.

Bow before me, for I am the ultimate anime fan.
In my journey, I have now obtained an army of Japanese anime fans who I talk to about recent releases.
They have revealed to me the secret texts of the moon, shared with me the Akamochi and the Shiromochi.
We have spoken of how Ingram is superior to Ing, and how my favorite robot anime is superior to the favorite robot anime of all English anime fans.
Bow before Sahib, for he carries the mandate of the moon in his palm.
Is it that time again?
SD Gundam Sangokuden
SD Gundam Gaiden
Aura Battler Dunbine
Aura Battler Dunbine: Tale of Neo Byston Well
Wings of Rean
Magic Knight Rayearth
NG Knight Lamune
The Vision of Escaflowne
And shove in Mazinkaiser SKL
Now which ones did I forget?
Big O can work as everything is slow enough for it to work two ways.
>Slow Enough to fit low tech
>Megaduces are supernatural
Sym Biotic titan and God Mars are kinda like Zambot in a way and both can fit, but SBT has no ending, so you can cop out and leave it open or have a actual ending.
VOTOMS is as hard Mecha you can get.
Xabungle is a stretch but it's notable for a gas powered robot.
Dai Guard is downright impractical.
American Mecha designs are pretty much walking tanks.
It is absolutely horrid with really good mech designs. And 80% of the game is behind it's online features which they cancelled a year after the game's release, so now it's an MMO with no online.
Also it's written by Hino.
It's ok if you want to also pump Skill. But on a New Game Plus it's bonkers on Aquarion. Amuro, Kei and Gainer can also use it because of the first two's high Skill or Gainer's Game Champ.
Nice JS Mazinger there.
Big O and Xabungle seem iffy, I don't know anything about SymBiotic Titan aside from the name, Godmars and Zambot are in my proto-list.
VOTOMs seems like it would need some plot rewriting to make their existence part of these wars, Dai-Guard could maybe work as a prototype attempt at mecha that ended up being mothballed more or less when its reasons for creation didn't show up and it didn't seem feasible, at least at first, to bring it back for the OYW.
My proto-list is up above if you want to glance at it. >>13844435
It's been a while but typically you'll want to look at the character's Skill Stat and the amount of PP on hand.
If you can pump it up to high levels and still get Attack Again, go for it.
Not every character benefits from it. Anyone with an ALL Attack as his most abusable move isn't gonna get a lot of mileage from it.
Characters like Gainer (Ace bonus SKILL+) and the Aquarion Cast (read up on how ELEMENTS works) will get the most efficiency out of it.
I seem to recall Shinn and Amuro being really good choices for Attack Again, but like I said it has been a while.
Experiment and go nuts. You're not really losing anything. Z1 can be a challenging game the first time around, but by the time you later portions of the game and on replays you'll have a really easy time just doing whatever and still getting away with it.
>I'd really like to a Crossbone/AGE crossover, myself.
>Yes, more because there are better options for that slot instead of Counter.
What's wrong with Counter? It's great on characters like Shinn that get a bonus to counterattack damage
There are better options, especially in Z1 since there are only 8 skill slots. It has to contentdwith stuff like Will Limit Break, Ignore Size, E/B-Save, Hit & Away, Focused Attack and Will+ (Kill).
10 series is way too little, indeed I'd have to double check but I don't believe any SRW game(not counting the first couple) have had less than 12-14 series
not bad, although Ace Combat feels like a ridiculously poor fit for SRW
the titular mech in Sym-Biotic Titan is alien in origin, although humans eventually build their own mech that is also pretty glorious in the most American way; http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1styev_sym-bionic-titan-the-hammer_shortfilms
W has 10 series, and it the best SRW, come out 9 years ago 2007.
1 Shin Getter Robo
3 Gundam SEED
4 Gundam Wing
7 Full Metal Panic
8 Tekkaman Blade
W had more than 10
1 Shin Getter Robo
3 Mazinkaiser vs Ankoku Daishogun
5 SEED Astray
6 SEED X Astray
7 Endless Waltz
9 Nadesico: The Prince of Darkness
11 GaoGaiGar FINAL
12 Full Metal Panic!
14 The Second Raid
15 Tekkaman Blade
16 Tekkaman Blade II
17 Detonator Orgun
Ankoku Daishogun - sequel doesn't count.
SEED Astray - Story part of SEED it could count.
SEED X Astray - part of Astray doesn't count.
The Prince of Darkness - Sequel doesn't count.
GaoGaiGar FINAL - Sequel doesn't count
Fumoffu - Story is part of FMP doesn't count.
Second Raid - Sequel doesn;t count
Blade II - Sequel doesn't count.
If you count Astray then it's 11. You tend not to count Sequel's if they have the same main cast.
Focused Attack is only necessary if you actively use ALLs.
Will+ (Kill) is only really necessary for Gainer in Z1. In Z2, there's a couple more contenders for that skill.
You can skip Ignore Size if your main moves have the tag on it.
Hit and Away is another obvious one.
Kei for example can afford to run Attack Again, Counter, B-Save, Focused Attack and WLB. Where as Gainer wouldn't be able to make space for it because of Will+Kill being almost mandatory until when you get the +3 Will a turn item for him.
That's a good question: what can count as a entry? Sometimes SRW just includes 1 thing from a series to count, like the Nu Gundam in Z to Z2-2. It got it's plot and all the other robots in Z3-1, but up to that point, it was just serving as something more cool for Amuro to ride than the Dijeh.
If its related to another series in the list, then it has to have plot and units for it to count.
If its standalone stuff like Combattler, unit only can work for it to count as a series.
From japanese Wikipedia through google translate:
"1993 (Kodansha manga paperback edition Conventions and certain year) January 25 8:36, the whole school 550 school every extinct Jiujiang State with (QUEStionable) junior high school, in a different world, "the central boundary of the bubble." It was skipped. It was because they were caught up in White were made in conflict with the country Terute-Witasu and northern of the ordinary magic, "da Isuoudo (the power of the main person)" competition. It appeared in the midst of the northern army nine Eshu junior high school building is exposed to the attack of bizarre monsters. Among the chaos, Hyakuchi OFutoshi is successful in protecting the school to solve the seal of Daisodo (da Isuoudo). Terute-Witasu witch, Hyakuchi OFutoshi heard the circumstances from Yurina-data Kala, Senshirube tonight et al nine Eshu junior high school row aims to Terute-Witasu order to return to the original world."
I think I actually understood more by reading the romanization. Basically, a school gets transported to a fantasy world, shit happens and someone wants to wipe them out and the MC uses Daisword to fight those guys in order to get everyone back.
Destiny has better units, better music and better crossover potential. That and the strike gundam is pretty shitty and the impulse is more fun to use if we go by starting units, and having ZAKUs beats the hell of having the mobius zero and the skygraspers.
was in Seed too......
Impulse was Strike copy made by traitor.
Orb really should Join Alliance in Seed since it got burn protecting bunch of potential traitors.
Hell, even Athrun was asking Kira to abandoned his parent and country (Orb) and go to PLANT.
P.S: Perfect Strike >>>> Impulse
Actually, Demonbane was originally (re)built around 189X, and the first iteration featured a steam-powered engine (Keeper of the Silver Key only provided magic power and enhanced the steam engine, which did most of the work as far as movement goes).
>P.S: Perfect Strike >>>> Impulse
fuck right off. the Perfect Strike is the utterly WORST Seed design because by all means, its ankles should shatter the instant it needs to land on the ground. it simply has too much shit on its back. nevermind that each of the packs fight against eachother.
the Sword and Launcher weigh down the Aile, reducing the Mobility it's supposed to have.
the Sword needs two hands, but because the Launcher's in one, your sword swings are left to be sloppy and easy to read.
you need both hands and a firm stance to fire the Launcher, but because your buzzing around with the Aile and holding the Sword, you spin around like an idiot the instant you fire because of the Recoil.
plus. there's already a Striker pack that's a three-in-one. it's called the IWSP. yes, it's more a "Jack of all trades" machine, and yes, the gattling shield makes you drift a bit, but at least that has some design mentality behind it rather than "Let's slap a bunch of shit to the strike!"
>Demonbane takes place around the '40s.
Sweet, time to cross-over with Sakura Wars - only twenty years apart.
And uh, couple years off to Right!Tetsujin?
I thought about putting classic Tetsujin in my list concept, actually. Seemed low-tech enough to fit, it's basically a giant remote-control robot with little in the way of actual weaponry or anything fancy; the original Gundam would be miles above it still.
>couple years off to Right!Tetsujin?
Yep, that's the 50s. It's supposed to be pretty soon post-WW2, the only time inbetween being enough to let Shotaro grow to 10 or so.
I think 80s Tetsujin takes place later though. FX definitely does, but it's a sequel, so that makes sense.
Joking aside, the reason the two ended up as friends is because they were together fighting the Skrugg and Doctor West for a while offscreen in UX - they leave after stage 4 or so and you pick them up on a route split like 10 stages after that (and finish off both the Skrugg and Demonpain).
It'll be hard to bullshit a reason for Shotaro, who's in Japan, and Kurou, who's American, to spend a lot of time together like that. Unless you move Arkham to Japan or something dumb.
To be fair, SEED era Strike was never in a game where it would get the modern day Impulse treatment.
Its always either one frame is outright better than the others excluding secrets (Aile in @3, Launcher in J/W) or its stuck in the no moves form (K,L)
Man, that was such a bullshit twist.
In @3 that's fine. In J though it's an horrible idea. Strike sucks in general but Aile is abysmal in comparison to Sword and especially Launcher.
Yes. As it goes:
>Family moves to America after his father gets a job transfer
>Father dies of nervous system disease
>Mother tries to raise him alone
>Mother then dies when Kurou is 18
>Received a letter from Henry Armitage to attend the Miskatonic University, along with a full tuition covering pretty much everything
>Drops out of University after two years
Can't recall how long after he dropped out when the story began.
He felt like tough shit, with the university pretty much kissing his ass and giving him all the private tutors, lessons, and attention available.
In his act of arrogance, he wanted to read the library's copy of the Necronomicon; however, he ran into Wilbur Whateley in the library and subsequently got his ass thrashed like a motherfucker.
Knocked him off his high-horse, among other things.
>Aile in @3
To be fair, that's only because it's a squadmate and you need the speed and flight. Launcher's PLA is 300 power stronger and it's 1-7 instead of 2-4 or 1-4.
Of course, that's for the basic Strike. Rogue has either the Aile or the IWSP, and Aile is just plain better.
I found this in my image folder
I like how one square is filled Moon Dwellers is not out yet
I wonder if that stacks with Olive's Support. Hers is "Armor Up and Attack Up(L) when battleship's HP is above 50%."
>By the way - is the Gran Garan the +Attack ship?
No, it's "Armor Up when battleship's HP is above half."
I love that.
btw, Matt, I killed one of your Aquarions, I think either Thursday or Friday.
>No, it's "Armor Up when battleship's HP is above half."
Then which one is the Attack+ ship? I'm fairly certain one of those exists.
>btw, Matt, I killed one of your Aquarions, I think either Thursday or Friday.
This is the best Daimos got. Or at least the best I can find off of the only real source for card images.
I'm okay with this.
Dood, seriously. Out of these 3, I think Erika's my favorite.
Pity they didn't put effort into her support card. Chizuru has a card somewhere, too, but the place I get the images from doesn't have it.
Going along with my low-tech cast list concept, adding to the spoilered entry in the cast, how bad an idea is this?
One of the last bosses being the Black History Turn A Gundam, akin to G Gen Spirits and the like, activated by the OG villains to stop the heroes. The stage would involve making your way through those weird cocoon things from Spirits until the Turn A activates. Once it does, every turn it teleports to a random place on the map, shoots beams that half the HP of three random units, and lets out moonlight butterfly waves that either cut off a chunk of EN, or lower morale.
For those not in the know, HnG recently put out the second movie for that.
In the same game as Ultraman, of course. Gotta have those jokes about him being the "bastard" child of the family (except not really being a part of it at all). Assuming the Ultras don't do like in Leo and all decide to try and kill him.
He was @,
cosplaying as Fokker and Kazuya
Anyone know what these 3 options are for? Also if I finish off Matt's Aquarion does it count as his victory?
Don't spend BP: reset boss HP
BP 1: Fight boss at its HP level under normal conditions
BP 3: Fight boss with 120 second time limit and HP and attack x1.5
>Also if I finish off Matt's Aquarion does it count as his victory?
I believe so, yes.
>I need to make my team stronger, but I don't have anyone who can beat any of my current party members! I need a better Shooter than my SR Shooter Virtue! WHAT DO I DO-
>oh right I have Gunbuster what am I saying.
G-Poseidon isn't the Gandor though, Dragon's Hive is the Gandor. I would like that though.
That'd be nice too. Or Mirai Senjin Ijou Ari.
...Are we friends? I don't think we are.
>reset boss HP
Not true, but you have to go through all the prior stages still.
>Not true, but you have to go through all the prior stages still.
Really? I just thought that's what it was.
>oh right I have Gunbuster what am I saying.
I hope you have enough cost for it. I'm only rank 36 so I don't, since SR Virtue+SR Original+SSR Mazinger JS+Venus A+SR Aquarion (levelling spirits)+Gran Gulan = all my cost
Oh, you. Yeah, when you kill my Aquarions, it counts for me. Same for when I do it for you.
>I just thought that's what it was.
I haven't spent a single BP on anyone else, I know how it works. On the other hand, you get no reward for it if you spend nothing (except a little bit of rank and coins at the end)
>I hope you have enough cost for it.
Rank 40, so I have 71 cost. SSR Exia + SSR Dunbine + SSR Gunbuster + R Methuss + R Original + Ptolemy puts me a little under, which will be good when I inevitably replace SSR Dunbine with SSR Solar Aquarion (Powered).
Which will be soon.
>any and all of the enemy bosses except for maybe Advent and that one pink haired loli
>that one fucking sidereal grunt with the bdsm suit on
>Hibiki in jigoku (he looks better in tengoku)
Oh hey, that reveal in the left bar was Akito the Exiled. Neat. They still haven't given us Oz The Reflection though.
Also, unrelatedly, is this one of Albegas's pilots?
Other poor ideas for my vague low-tech cast idea so far that upgrade to the Falguen that never came to be (except in an ACE game, I think?), Char getting his red-colored Gundam for an upgrade after the wars get suspended, plus a combo with Amuro, until upgrading to the Zeong (or Perfect Zeong as a secret), maybe making the choice between Gyans or Gelgoogs getting MPed and thus changing which units you get for the Zeons who might join like Ramba, Gato, something to do with Marion and the EXAM system, etc. etc.
Simply by virtue of having so much from MSV and the like, the Gundam side of things presents a lot more potential for secrets than the Super side does. Though I'd probably stick something like Marg's Godmars in there as one potential thing, along with the Dunbine and Gorg secrets you would expect.
Striek is leader material from the early to mid game, where you absolutely want to use Aile, and only Aile.
Sword sucks ass because no ALLs, and Launcher is worse because post range weaponry? What are those?
Also cannot get over how shit IWSP is for the whole bullshit you need to do to get it
>except in an ACE game, I think?
Yeah, Falguen Custom.
>Also cannot get over how shit IWSP is for the whole bullshit you need to do to get it
It was Seed's first appearance, so there are bound to be gameplay issues. This, compounded with a lack of Hit&Away.
Launcher is a bit better later, though, once it can be comfortably placed as a squaddie.
Yeah, but it's not even a contest - IWSP's strongest move is WEAKER than the Aile's!
I came back after sleep and see someone actually gave me a synopsis. Thank you anon. This helps.
In that case I can totally have it thrown in to the fantasy list I already made and nothing can go wrong. I love this.
Also, speaking of the Macross - if it ever gets in again, can we have this as a cutin everytime the Pinpoint Barrier catches something?
I first experienced Robottech through the novels (shut up, I didn't have cable but I had a used bookstore) and the description of the Pinpoint Barrier operators was as these dedicated women doing this incredible job no one had ever trained them for.
And then I actually watched Macross.
