In a way, this form resembling Lost Shine is really nice symbolism. It was achieved by Ryuga conquering his inner weakness and fear, so the symbol of his weakness and inexperience is now his greatest strength

Now that it we know it's common for the armour to evolve based on the wearers personality/character, what does the traditional form of the armour signify for those who primarily use it? or Knights like Leon who start off with something unique that then changes to match the normal armour once he matures. I'm probably overthinking this but it's interesting to me damnit

He also did some designs for a few Kamen Rider monsters and a handful of demons for Shin Megami Tensei IV. Specifically, Centaur, Medusa, Asmoedus, Michizane, Masakado, and Luficer.

I know people HATE Medusa and Luficer, but Asmodeus is one of my personal favorite new designs.

They really shouldn't have gotten him to design demons with human-like faces like Medusa and Lucifer, since it makes it obvious that his art style is completely different from the other designs in the game, since he uses thick black lines for their facial features.

You can get armor modeled after Asmodeus and Koga Saburo through some of the DLC quests. Granted you end up looking more like a Horror or Fuwa Juzo, but it's the closest we get.

It's a sort-of sequel. It's an improvement on the original game, but it's got a different storyline, a different protagonist and so on.
The reason for the "sort-of" is because it takes place in a route that didn't happen in the original SMT IV, IIRC.
