Dreamt I was the commander of a giant mech thing fighting another giant mech thing.

the reason we as biological men get dysphoria is the same reason that ftm's as biological females get it. There is something in our brain that really really feels uncomfortable with our naturally produced hormones and features. So we take the opposite sex's hormnes and the dysphoria is much less.
