I will come there and teach you how to cook
getting variety into your diet is super easy and it helps you to not get colon cancer and other horrible things.
Cooking is super easy, start out with some broccoli, carrot, green beans, red cabbage and maybe a lean red meat.
Chop some garlic and brown onion and put it into a hot (not smoking hot) frying pan with a lil bit of olive oil. Once it starts smelling good, add the lean red meat and cook it until it's brown. add some cracked pepper and a bit of salt. Then you can add the carrot and red cabbage. Stir that around the pan for about two minutes or until the cabbage and carrot is soft on reduced heat, then you can add the broccoli and stir for another two minutes.
