USGI is literally the best charging handle for all applications* with or without a suppressor.

All these extendo handles are for people who don't know how to use a charging handle properly or wantonly use them incorrectly, by wrenching on them with your arm strength you are applying far too much force to a thin piece of aluminum. GI is already perfect; it's low profile, just the right size to apply just the right amount of force, cheap, plentiful and with RTV can be made to seal gas.

I always preferred the TA01. I like the crosshair reticle and BDC better, also never liked the overkill bloom with ACOG fiberoptics during the day. The TA01's tritium only illumination got the job done in low light, the reticle during daylight was easy to pick up without the glow, also much easier to get more precise POA.

We're in the Golden Age of low power variables though. Vortex's gen II viper 1-6x might be the best bang for buck that has ever existed. Only a cunt hair away from being equal to the doubly expensive Razor HD 1-6x.

Trigger housing pin removed, tip of punch inserted to push trigger housing down into frame
Trigger housing pin removed, tip of punch inserted to push trigger housing up out of frame
Trigger housing pin removed, tip of punch inserted to push trigger housing rear
Trigger housing pin removed, tip of punch inserted to push trigger housing forward
Again with no pin
All averaged to 8.5 pounds with 3 trigger pulls in each condition.

So with that evidence I will say that your suggestion is not based in reality. Sorry.

The alignment of the trigger pin is irrelevant due to the slop built into the trigger bar. Vid related. Trigger pin and trigger housing pin both installed without trigger housing. The same is true of the trigger housing, the slot allows the trigger bar to float left and right forward and back. Height is irrelevant unless the trigger bar is binding in the trigger housing slot, which it is not because I can see it wiggle up and down.

I'm not discounting that there may be some friction somewhere, but I've never seen a gun so affected by pin tolerance that it changes the trigger feel, and I've worked on lots of my guns both striker and DA/SA. A dirty sloppy Glock certainly is not going to be affected by something so trivial as pin alignment, the striker and sear mechanism are the crudest I've ever seen. There isn't even a sear.

I have inspected each contact point and cannot determine that any unusual friction is occurring. Maybe I got a super power striker spring or something, even though this was supposedly a factory Glock parts completion kit.

Way better value than Colt, probably equivalent quality to current Olt but the gun community hates Springfield for their recent political hijinks and false apology. You can google, I don't have deets.

I have seen nothing scabby in mine but it's from 10 years ago. The slide fit is nice, so is the beavertail blending and rear of slide blending. I did have to round over the edges of the safety levers, they were SHARP.

I tell you what though, if I were going to spend the same $800 today I'd get a Sig. Their 1911s offer much better features for price than Springfield and seem to have a great reputation.
