On my 6920 buffer there is no wiggle for either
The eMOD is kinda ugly and no more functional than the IMOD

I'm sure either VLTOR is passable, but the SOPMOD has no slant on the butt, so it's kinda shit to shoulder except for on a bench

ADM mounts are pretty much crap, but if you put it on and leave it on it should be fine. They have poor return to zero and you really gotta be mindful when you're adjusting it for your rail.
