Nothing's stopping Arsenal LV from bringing Bulgarian rifles in to the US other than Arsenal of Bulgaria. How about the Poles ask them what they're doing right so we can get rifles in our hands before we all start collecting social security?

Looking at buying a Saiga in 5.45 because I fantasize about comrading and I need variation in my life.

However, I noticed on a couple ads that the trigger guard is heavily curved compared to standard fix and that the mag release seems to be at an angle as well. Anyone here have experience with converting the back-ends, and if so, could you tell me if I'm just being overly cautious or if this is indeed a fuck-up on their side?
>>
>>34670407
They did it before. There's no reason why the ATF wouldn't approve new rifles in the same configuration unless they just didn't feel like it that day. Which, judging from Rob's post, it looks like they didn't.

>>34668954

Should I buy one of these Yugo M72B1s from Sweaty Benny? Is $800 a decent price?

I can't decide between one of those and a C39V2, which I have read good things about. And yes, I read the FAQ.

Poking around the internet it appears some B-West AKs were built on awful, non-heat treated US made receivers. Others were imports completely made in China.

Mostly thought of as parts kit rifles. Shoddy assembly and usually on un heat treated or spot treated receivers that were essentially sheet steel.

I have seen a few and show 2. 1x was real rough and the other shot just fine but the receiver would be junked in time. Great for rebuilds at the right price.

I find it disappointed that there hasn't been a single US company which has copied the general concept, at least for the dust cover/handguard. The closest we have is the TWS dog leg rail which is shit and the even worse Parabellum Armament rail, that is if they're still in business.

I've been trying to find decent work that would take my "have a year and a half gap in employment history with almost no work experience except for working at a grocery store in HS, a summer as a housekeeper at a hotel, and a few semester in university" ass. I was looking at a tower technician work that does all the training, etc but the only ones I can find pay like 50-60% the industry standard, maybe $15/hr, versus the normal $25 or so. Good benefits though, just climbing 400+ feet for $15/hr isn't really worth it to me. Other stuff I've looked at are things like a plumbers apprentice, etc. I'm really not sure what to do though. Sorry for blog posting.

The only input I have about ddi is when I bought one of their Hungarian parts kits a few years back that came with hogue furniture. Rifle looked nice and fit and finish was good. But, the rear sight was slightly canted(barely noticeable, had to eyeball it to notice probably could have been zero'd with ease. The two things that led me to selling it was when I got the rifle, the bore, gas tube, gas block, muzzle threads, and a bit of the front of the receiver on the inside had bright orange rust. Hadn't even shot it yet. And the other thing is nearly everything on the rifle was VERY TIGHT. I had to use a screw driver, mallet, and crescent wrench to remove the gas tube, lower handguard and slant brake from the rifle. Felt like you had to be the hulk to remove the stuff. That coupled with the whole extractor deal last year has turned me off to them. However, AKOU did do a test with them and their model did great. So take that how you will.

Why would it be illegal? Full autos are legal to own as far as I'm aware, so long as they were made before the original AWB right? Someone educate me.
>>
>>34673027
It would not be illegal if he were selling it the correct way by doing the proper forms with the ATF. but there's no way he's doing that, and there's no way that's a legal full auto AK based solely on the price. Full auto AK's go for closer to $30,000, or more.

I guess the possibility exists that it is a legal full auto AK and he's a moron that doesn't know:
A) how much it's really worth
and
B) how he needs to go about selling it legally.

Well that's certainly disappointing. Got any recommendations for a trigger? Want to replace the century trigger I still have in mine.

Not trying to be an asshole but I'm sure you guys can own/buy/shoot guns down there but there is just a bit of restrictive tape even compared to Cali.

Does anyone sell an extended length yugo grip screw? I really like the yugo grip on my Vepr-12, but the way this Canis adapter works, there are arms coming out from the adapter that go under the grip nut and elevate it a bit, so only a few threads from the screw are in. I've seen Polish extendo screws, but no yugos.

Still better than britbongs, they can't even have airsoft or blowguns IIRC.
You guys can at least have 38 revolvers or something from what I understand. IDK what your limits are on rifles/shotguns though.

I've got a few guitars but only ever play one of them, it gets like 99% on my attention while the others just sit in their cases or on stands. Even then I don't play nearly as much as I did when I was younger, there's no point in hanging on to them when I don't get the same enjoyment from them anymore. Plus I've got a couple of fancy boutique pedals that I just don't use anymore that will be easy sells on EBay for a few hundred bucks. I want to go all minimalist and just keep the few things I actually use which is less than half of what I've got

>>34675261
I need to stop being lazy and just list my FAL on the files already, I NEED AN AUG NOW

Is the ATF really getting desperate or something?
>>
>>34675419
But I really want a proper A1 clone, I want a nice retro super lightweight 20" AR. I don't have an interest in modern tacticool ARs

>>34675423
Honestly with an AUG and C93 you won't really need another 5.56 rifle unless you just specifically want an AR unless you want one

9mm and above are considered restricted to the armed forces. Exceptions are towards collectors but down here the actual problem is the bureaucracy that hinders the process of legally owning a gun (and the price).

Carrying one is severely restricted, only the members of police and the armed forces can carry weapons.
