it's a milspec WindhamWeaponry trigger I switched springs on and did some polishing. got it down to about 3.75, good enough for hunting. it was about 10 pounds with some nasty creep.

and the recoil is noticeably heavier and sharper. it doesn't have a m. device and everything else I've shot has a muzzle break. cycles well.

As far as your buffer I'd say leave it if it cycles well. If it's too loud I'd grease the inside of the tube (I usually do).

it worked right with a reg safety, post polish with regular and now it does the weird hammer thing with the ambi safety. you really need the ambi for the stupid commie grips. and the spring and buffer are greased, it almost sounds like the spring isn't long enough and it is rattling after the lugs lock up on the bolt. I don't have any damage to the buffer from the retainer pin but the face of it seems to have been hit by the bcg hard enough to leave a mark.

but it shoots good, cycles into a nice neat pile so now all I need is a shitload of copper bullets to fuck with.

Dead air devices don't functionally extend back past the thread shoulder. The flash hider has a wrench flat which eats up about 1/8" from the thread shoulder to the back of the suppressor, and the brake fits near as makes no difference right to the edge of the thread shoulder. There's about 1/32" overlap past the shoulder.

tl;dr It won't interfere, but even if it does you can just put a spacer shim behind it.

My AR was jamming up on my today. The slide seemed to go back all the way because it would eject a round. But sometimes it would not load a new round in the chamber. Does it just need some TLC and cleaning? Or could it be a problem with the spring or BCG?

If the look is what you want perhaps consider the OS4X. I have no complaints about the Elcan glass quality or reticle and despite the external adjustments my gen 3 didnt have any zero issues in my civilian use like the earlier gens. At ~$1k the OS4X is palatable if the aesthics are a driving force for you.

Reloading is a HUGE money saver. I reload 9 at under $0.10 per, but I also cast. Even without cast it's still at least 50% cheaper than factory, especially when you consider I get to build what I want in my round for my specific gun instead of shooting some shitty aluminum or steel case shit at $0.25 per. It's worth the initial investment. However, just like with all other gun things, it requires practice and responsibility. Do your research.
If you lack space, you can get a Black & Decker Workmate which takes up like 5 feet width at most. Don't sell your brass, that stuff is gold, so is lead.

I got one, the cheaper $100 "bumpfire" brand one. Its flimsy but it works. They all work the same, some are just better made. I think the fostec is supposed to be the best in terms if fit and finish but ive never handled one.
Ill say this though- its definitely fun fir a little while and people who havnet shot one before enjoy it but its gets old really fast.
