It was from Sportsman's Warehouse themselves, their stock. I went in and filled out a 4473, 40 minutes later they said it was "delayed." Two days later they called and said it was now "denied" and that they will never sell me that gun or any other gun because it's company policy to permanently blacklist people if they ever get denied.

After I picked my jaw up off the floor I asked "what happens to the Bergara now? I know people who want one badly." Sportsman's Warehouse told me "It's already been sold, it's going to Nevada" and that "even if it weren't sold, we definitely wouldn't sell it to anyone you know on referral." They think that's a strawman purchase or something.

This whole thing is really fucking with my literal existence. If I can go from burt to lizerd in 2 days, what really even is reality?

You need to take it to the autism level. Learn to use your AK better than he can use his AR.

I watched and read everything I could about using AK's. I shot the fucker constantly. I did reload and transition drills at home when I got bored. It came to the point where eight months in I was able to work my WASR faster and harder than my buddy could with his three-year-old WASR and our other friend with his two-year-old NPAP. They stopped jabbing me over it and now defer to me for AK info.

I hope you eventually come to like the AR design. My WASR was my first semi-auto, and it sparked an interest in learning how other guns work. AR was the natural next step and I built one I am very happy with.
