There are several scenes per each female heroine (total 8 events per every character), I opened only first h-scenes and they are not animated, but at least very long, like about 200 lines, compared to usual 10-50 lines mobage shit.

Game itself is okay. Like, good version of Hitsuji, battles are faster on auto and there are far more tactical options on manual mode.

I got ~150 crystals total by playing just for 2 days.
So far there's no special gachas or anything. You can spend crystals on buying storage extensions (1 crystal gives 50 slots) or refills or some paid items, but I didn't spend on anything except 1 warehouse for items and one for food.

No. But story maps can be set to hard and ultra-hard for extra exp and there's daily exp dungeon and limited time extra hard exp dungeon.

You get jobs from it, ranging from UC to SSR for each character. When you get job of rarity you already have, you don't raise level of job, you "limit break" it (up to certain max times) which raises various limits of job including its max level. It does not affect current level of job.
When you get job of girl you didn't have, you get that girl with her most basic job + job you got, so in this sense its no different from other games with girl pulling gachas, except char level is shared between all rarities of same girl.

For strengthening aside from leveling, there's also the weapon gacha and weapon upgrading.

One little quirk of SSR jobs is that the skills cost a lot, so at low character level you may end up being a little less effective than with an SR job. It's not really a huge impact though.

SSR's like Shwarts get to Aerial Edge very fast and its damn huge damage dealer. If you keep it for boss, you usually don't need more than two hits anyway, so mana requirement is less important than damage per turn.

Higher rarity gets different skills, more powerful i guess but the cost is increased too, by a lot sometimes.
Still, higher rarities, get way less skills so dunno how this may works with a maxed Limit breaked lower rarity compared to a not single LB SSR.

I guess Faa isn't that bad when maxed out, either way she's unit with highest possible DEF without skill in my team, so maybe I should work on her AW. Too bad her skill duration is only 15 sec, not enough for any tough enemy worth blocking with her stats.

That's not a good metric if the unit can't actually make use of her def without using her skill. There are only few physical ranged attacks that deal 938 damage, so most ranged units (archers etc) are tanked just as well by other melee units. I'd say the high def is mostly good for tanking melee enemies during her skill, and someone like Bernice ends up with far more defense for a much longer time with her skill.

The expection is may be pirate captains, but they're pretty rare and the only example I can think of where they axtually posed a problem was on the map that didn't allow placing any melee units.

Anyway, her stats look solid once you actually invest in her, if you compare that to bowriders etc, so I think she should make a fine choice if you need a ranged unit for a melee slot. Unlike bowriders she has the advantage that you can put her right in the front before any of your other units, so she has a better position for attacking, and can occasionally go to the ground to intercept tough enemies at will.

Bowriders are cheaper if you just want some ranged attacker in the back row, and I think she's not really good if your goal is to get a tank, but I think the overall versatility of the class should be well worth the extra cost.

I think there's a huge element of fanfic-fantasy to it, and that's an aspect I can actually sort of empathise with. Anime fandom is pretty big in the chinese online community from what I can see, whenever I see a chinese streamer they usually decorate their stream with anime characters and listen to J-pop and all that sort of stuff.

So for example, I once saw an LoL clone called something like "300 heroes", which was basically LoL, but with, like, hundreds of different anime characters from pretty much every major series. So I think what's happening is that you have these people who absolutely love all these shows, and they love LoL, so someone thinks "Hey, wouldn't it be awesome if we had a game like LoL where all of these awesome characters fight in a great big battle royale?".

It's the kind of thing diehard fans sometimes fantasize about. And normally, something like this is just a dream, it could absolutely never ever work out in a million years over here because it involves just way too many different copyrights and licenses, and noone would ever be able to combine all of this. But in China, due to the way the law works over there, they can actually live that dream. So it's to be expected that some people will do exactly that.

(I'm not endorsing it, and I'm personally not interested in seriously playing these games, I'm just trying to explain the phenomenon, and this is my hypothesis.)

Oh boy, this is a hard one in my opinion.

I think at face value, Bashira is better. While Spica's skill can be up for a minute (which could last the entire mission in some cases), Bashira can triple her DPS for specific moments, which depends on your playstyle I guess.
Spica is very "Fire and Forget" with her skill
Bashira, you will need to time your skill for those moments where you need them most.

However!
When awakening comes out, Spica will be much more valuable, as she passively increases all archer's damage by like, 10%.
Making Bashira's triple arrow all the stronger, alongside Spica's magic arrow, that allows her to ignore armor (sans DR).

In the end: depends on your play style, but once you get awakening, Awaken Spica first, and both archers will benefit from it.

Why not just use nanaly instead of bashira?

Did they ever fix the balancing on classes? I remember when I played really early on, Assault Rifles just raped almost everything else, regardless of what range. Even on maps that forced you into CQC, even on maps that had huge accuracy debuffs on mid-range/long-range units. The only real threat was super long range with Snipers. I remember quitting after the early event with the qt siler-haired 4* Sniper Girl. Due to a mix of annoying repair times, and how enraging it was to try and 3*/equivalent maps with enemy snipers, because they could get a lucky headshot and take down one of your girls instantly.

AW90 Spica at lower-right spot and immediately AW60 Katie at right-upper spot next from Spica. Then Bashira + Eterna at mountain to the left and then just 適当に throw various stuff at map, there's no difficulty left once you dealt with initial hurdle.

Any ranged + tank combination will work. Key to the map is deploy only when you stored up enough UP to provide protection to ranged units.

Rowana's skill is somewhat usefull if you don't have healers, while with Dorothy's you have a free 1up, plus she have that good ammount of HP which means she will have the *4 multiplier sooner and not risk too much health, also sum the criticals, those are calculated over the HP bonus.
Rowana, yup, shes is inmune to effects...but when you have someone paralizing, you don't throw one avenger to deal with that, and if you are in a poison map, she is more useless, because the poison ticks helps you to get more damage faster, unless you want to use her as a common duelist, in that case even Eunice is better.

That's uh.. a 3% chance. Then you get a black unit from a pool that has one boosted a bit. Just choose the one you like really. The princesses are fantastic duelists, Nanaly and Despara hit like a truck, Sophie is the best lightning rod you may want etc... there are no useless blacks, some are just more useful than the others. If you really want to try your luck I recommend you drop those SCs when there are other units boosted that you may also want like Gellius, Jerome or the like.

You can complete maps just fine without them, they are just a sweet, really sweet, temptation of the goddess. You may also invest the SCs for storage or refills during events that may grant you perfect versions of units that may be as useful. Never. There's a much wider selection on DMM, true, but most of these are facebook-style cash grabs and die within a year, with things like Kancolle, Kanpani, Aigis and FKG as exceptions. Most of them have good art, though.
