Rng can be fucking relentless in Hitsuji.
Finally get the right friend support after cycling through like 30 times (awful system). Start god mode. First thing the keberos does is crit my one underleveled layla and take her out. My party then proceeds to miss it three times in a row. The golems next stage all focus their attacks on my Jill, two crits and a spell take her out before I can do anything.
Eunice gets a preemptive attack and casts the same backrow spell twice in a row, taking out the support layla.
Not my idea of a good time.

Anyone know what Golden wool does in Hitsuji? What does initializing a skill actually mean/do?

That delusion is actually similar to Sakura's skill attack, since Ivy looks up to her. Pentas gets something similar with Southern Cross too.

And yeah, small things relating to characters and their interactions show up even in the sprite work, and that's a big part of why FKG is such a nice game. Their sprite artist is a real swell fellow too.

Yeah its terrible, and half the fucking time the text is so fucking long it cuts off and you can't read it. In the awakening shrine its impossible to read the full name. In the unit info it scrolls off screen super fast and takes an ass long time to come back into view.
My Emilia has faint divine blaze - single strike II cost 39 and faint flame fang - single strike IV cost 33, and I guess the first one is stronger because it has a higher cost? It has a lower number behind the name though.
Is a divine blaze more rad than a flame fang? I have nothing to fucking measure these arbitrary chosen names against.
The power rating they give for skills is dumb too. Sure, higher is better. But what the fuck does a power of '76' mean in the context of the game?

There's no currency or trading. Its same system they used back year ago, once event ends, you are rewarded according to fixed rewards table.
You can check it on first event banner in game -> event details on right -> event rewards.

The popularity contest ballots are the event currency, you'll need to collect them and will be sent your rewards at the end of the event. You need 500 for base Rain Lily, 2000 for maxed Rain Lily and 4300 for all prizes (Rain Lily plus event accessories, ampules etc.)

They drop from both the first and second halves of the event, and you can also buy 500 at the event shop.

Also, it doesn't matter if you spend ballots on voting, they are still counted towards goal.

This "return of paid stones if limit reached" isn't working too well with basic free gacha, since 70% of results are shitty weapons. Well, I guess even if 30% is returned its not that bad result.

Raised LB to max for default jobs of 5 chars, now to grind them. Maxing out low tier jobs is kinda annoying due to very shitty skills.

There's no other way to LB chars and I already reached max job levels on high-rarity jobs for them. Plus I want these second accessory and mana bonuses.
I LB'ed chars I wanted, so waste or not, but it worked for UC/R tiers.

Nanaly can only be SU with duplicates so best use fairies, Despara likes Gadoras aka "Dragon steak". All this info can be found easily on the wiki.

Be happy with a +2 CW, it's too much hasle to aim for a +3, but you can do it daily and expect a mriacle or something, or use a hammer with an Episode 1 weapon, take note that like the CW the hammers don't work with royal equipement (Episode 2 weapons).

Leader can be placed in any position.
Stats difference between ranks is pretty big but still, changing all the 3* with 4*, may not be a good move.
Depends on your team setup, potentially you should make multiple teams based on elements with a final team or 2 with the best you have.
About that, did anyone got Soma? 1* up to 3* dark unit, she should drop from the prison in the second area but i guess she is bugged like Rita and some other characters.

Also since you are new, stick with Kanpani and Duel Squad.
Aigis is a matter of patience, just don't beg for breaks between events to lvl your units, so you can get more maps, more events, and better units.

How hard are the current Osawari danger events?
50 stamina is a lot. It's a little over 4000 EP. Fail twice and you've lost almost 10000 EP and 6 hours worth of stamina.

But if the danger events are doable. Then perhaps they are worth it. I trust that the EP is good. And eromon vouchers are very desirable.

I've been right on the edge of rank 500 ever since the event started. When I am out of stamina I am usually around rank 450. Which is admittedly enough. But most of the time of the day I am around 550 or up. Which isn't good enough.

I have potions stored up. If I am cutting it close during the final hours I'll try to see if I can push it beyond the edge. But I am not betting on it. I am guessing most of the top 500 will do the same. So I am not betting on it.

Usually you will level up with charisma from previous level up, so for first 30-40 levels everything is very fast.

It's the first one where you have to defend pre-placed units, you'll have to time using Marie's skill so she doesn't get killed by the tougher enemies.

Something like this feels like it could be like some kinda tutorial.

The second set where you have to protect Beatrice as instead has these swimming fish dudes which go around attacking your ranged units until they die before moving on to the next, I hope you have some tough ones.

Nutaku did aim to get Kancolle, but they were not trusted with such a huge series because they were new. Instead, they were asked to take some lesser series before being allowed to localize it.

Given what Nutaku did to these early series (which include Osawari, which they managed to completely fuck over because they were given full control), that turned out to be a very, very wise decision.

Focus on raising your half-assed units first, looks like a bit too early for awakening.
As for AW priorities, its more of personal thing, I'd go for units with class/all-unit wide AW ability buffs (Spica, Katie, Aria).
Bernice is tricky case, her unit cost rises when awakened, so you need strong cheaper CCed heavy if she's not mincosted because in some cases you will not be able to deploy AWed Bernice in time.
