-varying leg workout, try to push it but I really fucked my legs up skateboarding throughout my teens so things go pop and crack a lot
-push the limit on the bench, start at around 140lbs
-more legs to the limit
-back to the pool, 2 lengths freestyle
-1 fast paced IM (I do the group order but alone)
-two lengths backstroke at a cool down pace

it's because they start off from day 1 trying to impossibly tiring shit without an ounce of fitness and muscular conditioning and either injure themselves or push themselves to a point of such discomfort that most people just pussy out.
i'd say you'll make it halfway through the first pool session and be fatigued, you'll wear yourself out at the weights and injure yourself in your second pool run.

take good selfies and be flirty with the convo, if theyre shy(obscuring face/ cutting out part of face or whatever) start complimenting them and say theres no need to be self conscious, usually wont take long to get them thirsty

If you want to get good at swimming, all you need to do is swim a lot and eat enough. Maaaybe you'll need to do a couple of isolation exercises.

You only get to look like that if you can lift a lot of weight, if you're happy being good at cardio that's fine but you don't have to shit on people who want to get strong instead

What this means is that for each year the MP3 sits on your hard drive, it will lose roughly 12kbps, assuming you have SATA – it’s about 15kbps on IDE, but only 7kbps on SCSI, due to rotational velocidensity. You don’t want to know how much worse it is on CD-ROM or other optical media.
I started collecting MP3s in about 2001, and if I try to play any of the tracks I downloaded back then, even the stuff I grabbed at 320kbps, they just sound like crap. The bass is terrible, the midrange…well don’t get me started. Some of those albums have degraded down to 32 or even 16kbps. FLAC rips from the same period still sound great, even if they weren’t stored correctly, in a cool, dry place. Seriously, stick to FLAC, you may not be able to hear the difference now, but in a year or two, you’ll be glad you did.
a program of extensive swimming, followed by gym work designed to fatigue you followed by more swimming is fucking stupid. you will get overtrained in about a week and probably injure yourself in that same period. given the fact you seem to know shit all about gym work leaves me to think you'll fuck yourself up hardcore. the way you've written it also makes me think you've been out of the loop for a while and so you'll have zero conditioning.
