Face looks sneaky and evil, fitting for a cat I guess. One thing I noticed is that the cat paw mitt is very long, her actual hand would be pretty much right where it begins on her arm. The general quality/consistency of your proportions in both your pieces suggests it was intentional but it kind of looks weird to me I guess.

If you follow the line down from her neck (which looks a bit too long itself, for the record) with all due consideration for form you might see what I mean. In contrast her stage-left breast seems in about the right place. I feel like this conflict may have occurred because you wanted to make her breasts 'relatively' small but you wanted to draw cleavage too. I don't blame you, I blame cleavage.

Unf/10, your delicate handling of facial expressions hasn't failed to impress me yet. The only thing I can say with regards to criticism is the highlights of the drapery on her face stand out a lot; I didn't even notice them at first but now that I have the contrast is hard to ignore because they're the only hard-edged values in the entire piece as far as I can tell. Still though, wonderful as usual.

well an issue from the start is that it appears there was no decision made on where the character is ultimately standing, resulting in what i like to call "dangling baby ballet leg syndrome". for me it always helps to give characters some clear "goal" or interaction with an object or ever just something idle.

how tall are these princesses? perhaps try drawing the character with different heights to see what it looks like...
I always draw preliminary sketches before i attempt a complete work, in the process i learn a lot of what i should add and remove for a better image
