Sometimes I see people saying that they created their characters from 'zero', I know its a lie because the game doesn't even let you start from zero, you have to start from one of the base girls.

hey guys I recently updated my NVIDIA drivers and upgraded to windows 10 which caused a bug where all my characters now have the same white skin color and I can't edit the colors at all (the sliders do nothing).

yeah I believe it stems from that. I downloaded the 4k skin textures when they first came out and never had to update them. now after the OS update and driver update it seems to have gotten messed up.

I tried downloading the latest 4k skin texture as well as the hongfire EMF patch, setting japanese system locale and restarting, but no dice. still the white skin bug :(

The Proto-Yukikaze Skinmod textures have a diffuse and specular map. The config.ini file contains options for BodyTex (Diffuse), BodyTexS (Specular) and BodyTexN (Normals). You'll need the latter one if you want to fake depth but you'll not be able to create true 3d depth unless you create a new body type which is probably impossible or add it into the clothing tops.

Doesn't work that way, they have different uv layouts which is the part that determines how you put a 2d texture on a 3d model. I can always slap a random leather texture on it and call it a day but that would still look flat and lifeless. The normals maps is what gives it depth and that's something I have to invest time in to learn how to do.

I don't see anything change when I drag the shine color, I don't think it would work anyway since shine affects the specular values of a material. To get 2 objects with different colors you'll need different materials and a colorable tag. If there is a 2nd colorable tag you can have two different color sliders on one object similar to how hair has colorable ribbons.

I haven't seen anyone use two colors on an outfit yet so I don't think it exists for clothing.

Needs Hsstudio 8.1 and also the PC or SBPR animations, I'm pretty sure. I like the variety they give but making shared scenes work sure is becoming really difficult.

The one footjob animation that exists in vanilla does not allow the toes to synch up properly with the mouth, though. You can attach the foot to the mouth using Hsstudio but that doesn't change the way the toes themselves move. They'll just clip right through the head.

Problem lies with converting my textures to DDS. To get rid of compression artefacts I need to save it at the highest bitrate possible, this causes the size to explode. If I don't it will look like shit. Diffuse maps are 2k, normal are 1k.

Not that hard except you'll need to know the right workflow for it, plus you need to know 3d modeling and have a lot of patience.

These steps are for blender:
>Start of with importing body and armature and setup a good pose for high heels.
>Make a backup just in case, I have multiple bodies and armatures for testing.
>Model the heels around that pose.
>Apply the pose as default to the armature.
>Weightpaint shoes
>Rotate the armature back to the old pose (flat feet)
>Shoes are deformed and ugly, apply armature to keep it that way.
>set the rest pose as default again
>add armature modifier to shoes
>Create cfg files in ggmod_cfg folder in plugins
>set the bone translation/rotation in the .cfg file
>Create mod the usual way but make sure the name of the animator is the same as the cfg file (without .cfg)
>shoes will now deform somewhat correctly when ggmod bends the feet to the cfg data.

Protip: Start off with basic shapes to understand how ggmod works.

It is just a pain in the ass and a lot of trial and error.

I just spent 2 hours installing and checking this game out.

And I have to say it is disappointing, It's like a browser meet and fuck game with a little bit of mouse scrolling and customization.

There is no real game-play from what i have seen. You can anally fuck any girl from the first second.
