Since all the files uploaded to WCD are not actually stored in a server with lots of storage capacity, but a small .torrent file instead, couldn't trackers like What.cd save all those files and the webpage code with the user database in several places and then resurrect as a tracker with a different domain after being taken down?
I know retrieving the data from the server would leave traces, but what about local backups? Would it bring the tracker back or would seeders/leechers stop being able to do so
