Dear /g/, I wish to share with you my latest purchase.

These were $12. Made of bamboo, they are actually polarized, come with a hard case and a wiping cloth. Definitely need some sanding and they lack some resin, I feel the sweat and dirt will make them look like shit pretty quickly. Hinges feel a little tight, might snap, who knows. 9/10, would buy another pair when this happens.

Would post a picture of the actual sunglasses but I left them in the car and I don't want to put on a shirt.

Also my Nomos watch has been on "arrived at destination airport" status for almost two months. How long before I call it a day and order another one? It was $6 but meh, I've had bigger losses.

A few days ago I got my GPD Pocket from their indiegogo campaign
It's very smol. Surprised how well it can chug along. Haven't tried any really demanding games but it handles 2D emulation pretty well and it's pretty good on battery too, been taking it to work and after some casual use it gets back home with 40%+ to spare.

Typing on this thing is as awkward as one would expect, but the thinkpad nub works better than i thought it would after configuring some settings

They are more or less powered arduino + wifi, so do whatever you would do with an arduino.
If you don't know which one to get, look for the wemos d1 mini, its cheap (i bought it for $3 about a year ago, not idea how much it cost nowadays) and compact.
Also, its schematics aren't a mess like the NodeMCU.
If you can get the mini pro for a decent price, do it, it has a much better antenna.
