I've got a relatively smaller regional ISP that, for some reason or another, gives every customer a symmetrical connection rather than the usual 10:1 download:upload or whatever most big ISPs do. I don't use the new bitGAMER at all, but joined it right when it was getting started on the off-chance it would amount to something one day. Never had an account in What, since I didn't need it as a gateway tracker and don't really listen to that much music.
