Unless the screenshots are photo shopped, is very clear that the management practices are racist and sexist, unless you think you cant be racist against white people or in this case sexist against white women.

Obviously breitbart isn't exactly neutral on issues but if you read the article, it clearly presents evidence and doesn't really take a stance on the issue itself.
