After using several different BMI calculators, I am seeing those that involve measurements of the neck, hips and/or waist are putting me at 22/23% while others are placing me 4-5% higher.

Let's pretend your TDEE is 2000.
That means, in a week, you eat 14000 to maintain weight.
A 3500 deficit is about a pound of weight lost.
This Brian Bullshitfield diet is described as Days 1-5 low cal, Day 6 cheat day, Day 7 "rest day"(??)
So lets assume:
>Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri - 800 cals x 5 = 4000
>Sat - cheat day of X cals
>Sun - 2000 cals
= 8000 + unknown cheat day cals
14000 - 8000 = 6000 calories left over until maintenance.
Meaning, if you want to lose 1lb/wk your cheat day can't exceed 2500.
Math changes if your TDEE is higher/lower, though.

would you call working out every day for 25 - 35 minutes lightly active or moderate? I don't do anything else besides sit at a desk and walk the dog sometimes

I do interval running/jogging (C25K) one day and curls, flies, reverse flies, and bench 15x3 for the other day.

You can go two ways after a break up.

I've lost good chunk of weight with almost no effort. I'm getting close to where I want to be and I'm starting to slip back into old habits.
I've crash dieted in the past, losing about 60lbs over a couple of months.I thought I was doing better this time because I've spent the past 10 months eating chicken, fish, bread and rice (and the occasional burger), but it feels like I've learned nothing at all and that my old tendencies can come back at any time.

I guess the meat of it is that I'm worried about losing control and that this will all be for nothing. Again.

Looks like I've plateaud from just dropping the constant soda and I'm going to actually start doing some real exercising to continue losing weight now.

People always said that if you drink a shitload of soda you can lose a decent amount of weight simply by stopping and I am here to tell you that it works. There is a small change in the way my face looks but I think it's a nice kickstart into actual weightloss.

there is no other way to spot reduce, however you can maximize the aesthetics of a region by working on it's muscle group, while you follow through a caloric deficit. Working core exercises, training abs, serratus and obliques will allow you to see a definite better looking result at a much higher speed than only cutting.
There's also the great risk (which I assume is relevant to any fatty/skinnyfat here) that you don't have any muscle mass under the belly fat, and that without proper exercise, you'll look weak, still flabby at a very low weight, or worse skelly.

so as long as the content of the cereal is pure oats, and no other cereal grains are in it, you will be fine. Other grains have much less good macros than oats alone, so you'd be better off getting the pure stuff (100% oats) and just cook them yourself (I just pour a bit of boiling water over mine and let them sit in it and absorb it for a couple minutes). You can have something like your pic related if it's 100% oats and the dried fruits in it are fine by you. I'd suggest getting the natural oats because you'll be able to add whichever fruits you want, and not have to deal with always same taste of cranberry for exemple. I can't read dutch (I assume that's what it is) but from the picture it looks like it's a mix of cereals rather than pure oats. also the word "granenmix" sounds like grain mix, which suggest it's not pure oats. Regular yogurt will have less protein than greek yogurt, skyr, quark or cottage cheese.

Haven't had breakfast in a while (Have been doing 16:8, 18:6, 23:1 and OMAD for about six months consistently now) but I usually do that recipe for dessert whenever I'm low on "savory" protein in the fridge, which happens ever so often. Protein is important, when I first started I disregarded it for a while and just focused on CICO, but now I have this way of planning my meals that I always eat my protein first, then my fibre, fats, carbs (if ever I have some). Makes it much more easy to hit protein macro, and have some cals spared at end of the day to spend on what you want to eat. Allocate your resources wisely.
