Just stick to it, really. I do keto and IF, super strict about it. Get most of my fiber by combining flax seed, fitness fiber and almond milk into a shake. Added protein just to 2 birds, 1 stone.

Drink loads of water. If you have the time get out for a run in the morning and lift at night. I run 2 miles in the morning and do PPLXPPLX at night then 30 minutes on the elliptical after.

It's hard, man. I felt like physically sad the other day looking at food I can't have but I also watch the food channel on the elliptical as a means of discipline.

I dunno. I cultivated this out of self loathing but I got over that so now I'm just doing it for myself.

I've been doing it for months, it helps massively. Mind you, I do IF not a proper fast. I just drink coffee in the morning, go work out then have a protein/fat rich brunch afterwards. As long as you stay hydrated, everything goes smooth.

Always do strength training first.
30min cardio will inhibit your lifting, and having muscle growth is infinitely more important than losing fat. You're probably somewhat new to lifting and the first few months are crucial. Of course still do cardio, but just do it last.

You don't want to end up looking like a freak, and right now your noob gains can be excellent due to all that fat you're carrying around. So many fatties neglect lifting till they've hit their target goal. Having more muscle will help you look better, feel better, and burn more calories (higher TDEE).

1800 is fine. What's more important is a deficit you can actually stick to consistently. That's all that really matters.

Keep in mind at that deficit you will lose ~2 pounds a week and then you'll have to cut even more later on to sustain that rate of loss.

It'll take you almost 2 years to get to a healthy weight losing 2 pounds a week, assuming no major lapses. So literally the only thing that matters is your ability to stick to it.

Pretty basic stuff.

Having a bigger breakfast has really helped. Before I would just have a cup of cereal, which left me starving by lunch time.

Think about this question: Do you want to be fat?
Don't consider anything else. Do it for yourself, if you do things for other reasons, once those reasons are gone, the things attached to them are gone as well.
Also, keep putting yourself in social situations, no matter how poorly you do. And by social situations I don't mean trying to hit on girls, hang out with people. You'd be surprised how much it helps.

A big reason you are a "social retard" is because you look like one and act like one. Once you drop the weight people WILL start treatibg you alot better, that combined with the sudden boost in confidence will help you with social gains. Sure the first year aftet weight loss you'll still feel like an autist but this will change overtime. Time heals all wounds even the wound of being an outcast for your entire life, if you work on it atleast.
Like I said in my prev post, I couldn't even talk or lool at girls when I was 20, 4 years later I can chat them up. Yes it was an uphill battle and it took some time to get used to. I also did a shitload of cringy shit trying to get with a girl I fell "in love" with. But that was just because of inexperience and you learn from it.

It usually says right in the OP that if you're loser when you're fat you'll still be a loser skinny so not sure what you were expecting. Learning to be more social and letting loose of of concerns is way easier than actually spending months to a year to lose weight dude.

For me personally what fixed my social awkwardness was playing online games with people. I've played WoW on and off for 7 years now, been in two different really high end raiding guilds that were top of the server. In that kind of environment you have to talk to people on voice chat. You always see those "tfw they ask you to get on voicechat but too scared", i used to be like that but you just man up and log on and say hi, as they talk you get more comfortable and start talking then suddenly you make friends. Then you start talking to them all the time out of game, or out of raid, or in different games, you just hang out and talk cause you're friends. Suddenly it's now easy jumping on other voice chats other people want you to join and say to other strangers. At that point you just apply that kind of yourself out in the world in actual social situation and it's easy cause it's actually pretty similar.

Just play some games and talk to people, get comfortable talking to strangers and new people then apply yourself in real life.

Started my weight loss at 19,5. Took me around 3 years to get to the weight I'm at now (stayed stuck at 225 for a long time) and afterwards slowly started to recomp my body.

Too bad I didn't take pictures back then because my loose skin (tits, arms, batwings) were ALOT worse before I started lifting and I only gained 20lbs.

I'm pretty sure I am. I'm even using a digital scale and measuring scoops when I'm home. I'm eating 4 meals a day:

Meal 1 (Breakfast): 60g of oats, 150ml of semi skimmed milk, 5g of chocolate milk powder and a pinch of cinnamon (400~ calories)

Meal 2 (Lunch): When I'm home the Lunch is the same as the Dinner. During week days I usually eat on the street, but it's usually something like 4ish tablespoons of white rice, 3ish tablespoons of beans, some vegetables and a decent slice of chicken breast and sometimes a fried egg. Sometimes a diet soda, but I've been cutting them mostly for the past two weeks. (500-600~ calories)

Meal 3 (Dinner): 150g of chicken breast, 200g of brown rice/sweet potato, 5g or extra-virgin olive oil (520~ calories)

Meal 4: 200ml of semi skimmed milk + 30g of whey protein (220~ calories)

That adds up to a little under 1800 calories, which gives me some room for error and "cheating" (which I'm usually avoiding).

You're gonna have as much loose skin as you're gonna have, regardless of speed of weight loss. Keep it moisturized, and yourself hydrated.

The skin will continue to shrink after you reach your weight loss goal, up to a certain extent. It's not going to matter if you reach that goal in a year or 7 years.

Your skin is not going to be tight as a babies if you were 450lbs and lost it over 7 years. It doesn't matter how fast you lose weight, it will only reduce surface area a certain amount.

Every time you try a new flavor it always tastes like shit. But after two cans you start liking the flavor.

It is a good replacement for soda because it's carbonated as all hell and gives you a stomach ache just like regular soda so it makes you think "wow this is a fucking gutbuster, but at least it wasn't a 150 calorie can of shit that gave me this"

Shit man i am pathetic. I managed to (for the first time) eat 1500 in the day. I went home from training but i was going past a store. I didnt ignore it, i went inside. My mind was screaming ONLY HEALTY FOODS so i searched for something healty. ended up with those salt stics (not even healty). I tought that if i would eat a small portion i would be fine (like 30 grams is 24 gram carbs and 120 kcal) BUT I ENDED UP EATING THE WHOLE BAG (200 grams) SO ALL MY STRUGGLE THROUGH THIS DAY WAS FOR NOTHING
