If you're low T and do the oil meme stack applied to your beard you can see beard gains as late as 25.

Speaking from personal experience. I think if you are normal test levels even then beard growth can improve up until 30. But try and promote it with good TRT and oil if you're lagging.

Well the effect that T has on a developing skeletal system is hard to really quantify. If e2 is kept in check (as it probably will if done under doctor prescribed TRT) you will see better height - there are studies on kids with short stature given AIs and they experience better height than the control. Your face musculature/structure probably gets shaped by sufficient/high-end androgen levels, as does your frame. If you work out in conjunction then it's obvious the advantage in the better "foundation" you get compared to the control/baseline 16 yo. languishing from low T symptoms but who remains undiagnosed (see r9k if you are not familiar with what this does).

Not to mention the cortisol lowering affect of T and the structural changes to the brain that result from masculinization as a result of sufficient androgen levels. I don't believe that brain plasticity drops off precipitously at 21 or 25 but it's no doubt higher at 16.

Well one of the CAUSES of low T could be high aromatase activity, meaning all of your test is being converted to e2 (lowering serum/free test, increasing e2). Hence why you see robots with gyno, nu-males, feminized thinking in males, trannies (extreme example), etc. And on top of that they're manlets too.

In such a person, adrenals are not gonna get the feedback that inhibits T production, so the mind of such a person is going to spiral downward (similar to a woman's mind but worse because of the inherent nature of the masculine thought process being stubbornly logical and harsh/unforgiving) into possible anxiety/defeatism.

Good genetics for androgen receptivity is a true blessing - it can change your destiny. I hope you stick with this research and expose yourself to all the studies you can on the human endocrine system if you're still developing. Take your time, get confident in your understanding. But in the end, ACT. I am not exaggerating when I say that adequate androgen levels and sensitivity to androgens is destiny-changing. It has changed my life at 25, and it would have changed my whole world if I started at 16, responsibly and with the knowledge I have now. I do not cry over spilt milk but to me there's no doubt about this.

Look into chrondrocyte maturation mechanism - it is estrogen mediated. Blast someone with the "genetics" for being 6'5" with estrogen and see what happens.

Not that hypoestrogenism or estrogen insensitivity is the goal but you see the effect of hormones. Hormones are not a different equation than genetics. Why do you think some people have better hormonal profiles than others? The answer is the very same "genetics" you are thinking of.

I would personally take it slow but take it early if I knew then what I knew now - TRT will give you great results if you are patient with it. Allows you to dial in e2 via AI dosing with relatively low risk or fucking up if you are not obese.

That is all if you are low T. If you are normal T you are fine. What are your levels now? "normal" and "low" are relative numbers. But in the end it doesn't matter if you've already committed and started. Make sure you stay on top of your AI and keep track of health markers.

True - when in doubt, I look at the archetype of natty Chad. Obviously natty Chad is not experiencing a dearth of T. He's not tall because he is low T. Whatever height disadvantage that adequate/high-normal levels of T gives is outweighed by keeping e2 in check and allowing your epiphyseal plates to experience their linear growth. Work out on top of that and you will probably see your whole frame develop nicely. Improved musculature will guide the bone growth to support it.

I have personally not seen literature that indicates that high T and dialed in e2 is a better condition for height gains than low T and dialed in e2 and have no reason to believe it would. I suspect any correlation between T and growth hindrance is going to be through the excess T->excess e2-> prematurely closed growth plates mechanism rather than something inherent in T.
