PIP will occur and there is nothing you can do about it.

The first time you inject into a new muscle it will hurt like a worse DOMS. That's it. It's not bad at all.
All recommended injection sites avoid nerves and veins so you don't need to worry about that. Just do the procedure correctly.

For me, I only inject into the ventrogluteal site, but I am a nurse so I don't know if that site is too technical for a layman. It doesn't seem hard to learn though, just learn where the head of your femur is and where your iliac crest is, and inject kind of in the middle. Look up a chart. If you aren't sure where to inject, press with your fingers on the spot where you think it should go, then stand up straight and shift your weight gently from one leg to another. If you are in the correct spot then you will feel with your fingers the site tense up. That is the muscle you want to inject into.

After you inject into muscles for a while, there will be little to no pain. At least, that's what happened to me. I get very, very, very slight soreness after injections now. You can run the vial of Testosterone Enanthate underneath a hot water faucet (don't contaminate the top) to warm up the liquid, this will reduce PIP.

Natty here, on the third consecutive day of PPL (using "coolcicada"s from Bb.com). I'm going to have to drop it to 3 days a week instead of 6, and I'm for sure going to increase my dose of test, from what I was planning, when I get on.
