How to lose 100 pounds in two months:

Drugs needed:
- DNP powder 250mg or crystal 400mg
- Ephedrine 25mg
- Caffeine 200mg
- Yohimbine
- Clenbuterol
- Benadryl (if any allergic reaction occurs)

Supplements needed:
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
- NAC
- Potassium and Sodium

Tools needed:
- Any HIIT device (jumping rope, bike, running shoes, ecc...) or a pool membership
- A gym membership

Drugs use:
All weeks: Vitamin C+E+Potassium+Sodium
Week 1: DNP + Ephedrine 25mg + Caffeine 200mg + NAC
Week 2: DNP + Ephedrine 25mg + Caffeine 200mg + NAC
Week 3: DNP + Ephedrine 25mg + Caffeine 200mg + NAC
Week 4: NAC
Week 5: Clenbuterol + Yohimbine
Week 6: Clenbuterol + Yohimbine
Repeat until BF % desired.
WARNING: Do not exceed 1 pill per day for DNP, under any circumstance.

Training:
Monday: Weight lifting (keep sessions under 1 hour if possible. You're not lifting to gain strength, just to maintain)
Tuesday: HIIT (Biking/Swimming are the best, since rushing air/cold water keeps your temperature under control). 30 minutes minimum.
Wednesday: Weight lifting.
Thursday: HIIT. 30 minutes minimum.
Friday: Weight lifting.
Saturday: HIIT. 30 minutes minimum.
Sunday: Off

Diet:
IF 20/4, 1000 calories, 1500 if you can't stand 1000
150g+ of protein per day
During DNP, keep fats low and carbs high (pyruvate is required for maximum fat loss).
During Clenbuterol keep a ketogenic diet (high fat, moderate proteins, low carbs)

Bonus: For even better results, be cruising 250mg test for at least 1 month before starting, and add T3 to the cutting cycle.

Do this, and you're gonna lose all your weight in less than 2 months.

I'd estimate her less than 15% body fat. As a woman, you don't want to be that thin, it will wreck you. Women aren't capable of sustaining that low body fat without permanent damage, I would suggest aiming for 18-21%.

Women look great slimming down hard and then adding a little bit of bloat or body weight to get curves. To go from a 180lb unaesthetic chubby to a 119 is 6-8 months.

For guys to look good you have to do that 6-8 months plus 1.5-2 years to add on muscle and another 2-3 months to cut. And then if you overdo it you get cocksuckers like in here >>35957066

I'm not talking about getting their perfect ideal body. I'm talking about looking acceptable, ie slim with athletic tone to quads and belly. Its easy as fuck for women, ive seen like 8 moms join bodypump classes and get exactly where they want to be in like 4 months.

I've run DNP and it's fine, there are virtually no long term sides (like one in a thousand chance of cataracts) and it's incredibly strong at fat loss.

However I wouldn't recommend clen, the long term potential sides to your heart and liver just don't seem worth it enough to take the chance. DNP is a stronger fat loss chemical and if you did the cycle that anon posted then you don't really need the clen as you'll lose a shit load of fat with the DNP. Just my two cents.

Anorexia is easy to catch because their hands look too big for their bodies when their arms are that thin, but since many models are in the 11-15 range it looks normal to us. She can probably keep this up for a year before serious injury, complete infertility, and early onset osteoporosis. The female body cannot handle low body fat as well as the male body can, that's why we're so much better at storing fat in the first place.

Not that I'm defending fat people, it's still easy to lose weight with dedication to diet and exercise.
