Hey guys, asked this last night but didn't get a response, not many people were around, figured I'd try one more time.
I inject 500mg test-e twice a week with a 1.5" needle, alternating quads. Today I low bar squatted for the first time in forever, and I noticed I was slow coming out of the hole and there was pain in both of my quads where I inject. On my last set, I felt a "pop" in my left quad, and theres a dull pain there now. Any idea what causes this/what happened? Could it have something to do with scar tissue buildup?
Use the caber as needed. (You probably won't need it, the prolactin build up theory is bro science and I have a few studies I can link.) Get ace and pin 50mg Ed. If no sides and you want more then you can up it but if it's properly dosed, 350mg/week should give some nice results. There's also a lot of debate of how to run test, i.e. higher or lower. I run it equal. It's something you'll have to find out for yourself of what you prefer. Good luck m8. It's not as scary as it's made out to be. Took me a long time to cycle it but it's by far my favorite compound.

That's what studies show is you have no worry of developing gyno from prolactin itself. High e2 is always the root and if you have you're estrogen under control you don't need to worry. Caber does lower GH & IGF-1 levels which is the opposite of what we want.

220ish on the low end, 395 on the high end. Honestly with a good beginner cycle like that you can opt for non pharma grade with a reputable lab. When you get into heavier cycles involving harsher compounds such as tren I would definitely use pharma grade nolva and clomid though. You'll probably only need the AI during dbol use if you use it. A lot of folks can get by on 500mg test weekly without worrying about gyno etc. Just always best to have on hand as a precaution.
