I replaced squats with lunges, but looking back I was definitely way hornier during the period I spent a lot of time squatting. But aside from that my bench is skyrocketing like it never has before so I'm assuming my test levels are fine.
Nothing replaces squats. It employs over 100 muscles at once all over your body and is the only lift aside from deadlifts that causes such a huge testosterone spike over time. It is literally the most effective exercise you can do.

What kind of zinc do you rec? I currently have ZMA, but I also have an unopened jar of zinc chelate (30mg) and my multivitamin has 15mg of zinc oxide.
Not if you're suffering from a deficiency and you also have to remember supplements have really low bioavailability. You are probably actually only getting about half of what you ingest, so you take in 10,000 IU's you might get 5,000 IU's out of it if you are lucky.
