Any good explosive strength routines for martial artists out there? Something that will allow me to retain my flexibility and won't make me as stiff as cement?

can't say 100% if that will work for martial arts. but I play college tennis and that's what we do for explosive training
lift and stretch before and after lifting. Do explosive type shit like pendlay rows or clean and jerk, etc
Real speed and precision comes from relaxed muscles, work on that too
also do too much cardio, if you run out of gas before the other guy you're fucked.
