I've started using balance pipes in order to help facilitate strength improvement in my feet. Since I've been using them (2 months), my squat has gone up 35lbs

Looks like a great way to roll your ankle, good thing you ccan get your ankles nice and fatigued first so you surely snap a tendon when it rolls.
