You're at that point where you look like you're overcompensating for your height to any normal person. Looking wide isn't attractive; just about everyone will say longer and slender (wide shoulders, slender torso and small waist) is better.

Your clavicles look narrow but I think this is a postural issue. You have low shoulders, this may be because of tight lats or a muscle imbalance in the back.
If your posture permits, you need to do a shit ton of OHP and maybe even some over head shrugs. If you're mobility is shit, and I think it might be, then do landmine presses instead.
Do face pulls... A lot.... I mean a lot! Regular shrugs will only make it worse so if you're shrugging, stop. Also try wall slides.
Look up some lat stretches as well. Kneel in front of a bench, place your elbows on it and clasp your hands add though you're praying. Sink down to stretch your lats.
There was a t nation article somewhere about all this... Look into shoulder mobility drills. Your shoulders look like absolute shit but the good news is that it looks fixable with some effort.

Your shoulders probably dominate your pressing movements. Look into it.
I solved it by only doing decline and flyes for a year and no front shoulder work and making my chest dominate more.

Your metabolism will literally permanently slow down after doing keto. During keto, it will increase but afterwards is the opposite.

I do two kind of chest workouts. Strength and volume.
Strength goes like this:
-decline bench press 4x4-6
-incline db bench press 3x8
-Incline bench press 3x8-10
-db bench press 3x10-12
-cable cross-overs supersetted from up and down 2+2 sets, 12-20 reps
