I really dont think 20. From my understanding 20 would be a decent amount of hanging fat. Any picture of bf estimates seems to shoe abs start showing at 15 and mine arent entirely gone...Though i have little definition left. I would still say probably not more than 18%. The thing at the gym said 16% which I know is a fair bit off.
Should I continue trying to gain weight or just cut?
