Can you smell it, /fit/? Can you smell the sweet syrup? The spice of the sausage? The aroma of the pancakes?
I hope your cut is going well.
What kind of low-brow food hoover doesn't?
>implying meat isn't paired with sweet literally all the time
apples-duck, cranberry-turkey, rotkraut-beef, pears-duck, pineapple-chicken, orange-duck, I could go on, and I'm not including glazes, sauces and garnishes.
What horrible tastes you both have. I bet you weirdos would put gummy bears on a steak if you were given the opportunity. Meat should have a wide variety of flavors, but sweet ain't one of them.
My main problem on a cut is actually eating enough.
Since I'm cutting out a lot of carbs, and most ready-to-eat food is mainly carbs, I have to prepare every meal. I hate preparing meals so I often skip one out of laziness.
And it turns out you can go absolutely ape-shit on smoked fish, lean beef, carrots and green veggies without going over budget. And those are my favorite foods.
Just look up the calorie count of some leafy greens.
Calories in, calories out still applies, and there's no such thing as a free lunch, but e.g. 3 lbs. of broccoli are 500 calories.
>falling for the "cutting" and "bulking" meme
Fucking nerds. Just don't eat like a god damned cow every fucking day and lift weights.
>not just eating a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with several healthy snacks in between
2 Pancakes: 170 Cals
3 Sausages: 170 Cals
2 Eggs: 150 Cals
Butter: 50 Cals
Syrup: 70 Cals
620 Cals at breakfast is totally mangable for a 2K Cal/day diet.
not even banana?
