millenials. so much video games as a kid, they think lifting and fitness is like create-a-character, and you "just do this lift to train those muscles, easy!".
there is no slider IRL. Isolation exercises virtually dont work for beginners.

It means to loosen up your wrists to keep them nimble for future workouts.
Spend 10-15 minutes twiddling your thumbs or rapid texting on your cellphone at the end of every workout. That's what Schwarzenegger did.
