Post derby pics/inspo/questions
Thom Browne longwings are pretty great & weighty as well. One thing I don't really dig too much with the CP derbies is the weight of them, shape of CP derbies is great
What does /fa/ think of AE Black Hills derbies? I think the greys are dope.
terrible patterned socks,
terrible worn trousers (other pics show ripped seems)
terrible silhouette on the shoes
also terrible shared kitchen from student accommodation, clean the damn floor you tramps.
norse X tricker's
still some of my favorites.
wedge sole looks trashy a lot of the time though.
What do you think of these?
got some Kenzo derbies recently. Been wearing them a bunch, getting some nice creasing and little scuffs. can't wait to polish em in a month
i used to own a pair of Postmans but i sized down by .5 and they were too snug. I think Postmans look really bad when they're too small too, so I had to get rid of them. I prefer them just a little oversized. If you have wide feet consider going tts
us10 doc martens
what size postmans?
I would say dnc unless you can find on sale. Like 50% or more
They look great but quality isn't up to par w/what you pay
also they crease easily, mine are lookin kinda ugly after 2 months wear
also i really want some yuketen derbies
yeah its really disappointing. i shoe tree them after every wear, wear them twice a week at most. just really shitty leather on em tbh
they still look good on foot, people tell me they like em all the time. but i wouldnt really recommend them to anyone after owning them.
it doesn't necessarily mean bad leather (though I wouldn't be surprised if it was bad), it's just something that tends to happen when you have that kind of wholecut design. the leather tends to crease more. and to some extent you just don't know how a shoe is going to crease because there are so many factors that play into it. two identical shoes will crease in totally different ways for two different people just because of subtle differences in fit and leather properties and so on.
those are pretty cool. not as xbox huge as the prada ones, but nice sole nonetheless.
Copped these yesterday. Did I do good?
my fucking dick. Kris van Assche is the goat shoe designer.
3/3 Alexandre Plokhov derbies
Sad part is I haven't had much of a chance to wear the Ann Ds yet, since I moved and don't really live in a city anymore so I can't just walk and fuck around in them.
