Go back, save anything usable and expand on it. Chuck the rest. Have a dictionary/thesaurus open in a browser somewhere and take a few moments to make your sentences more titillating. I like the idea behind the caption. Getting both a story and direct speech is unusual, but interesting. The difference in fonts shows a difference between his cold thinking, and her passionate talking.

My criticism though would be that it's repetitive. Both columns repeat the same thing, showing it multiple times. While stylistically different, it doesn't give me a new perspective, or reveal any secrets other than "yup, she's got a dick now", which I already knew that from the image.

The build up is way too long and to be honest, boring. The cashier gets up more character development than Dave, and since she's not the one who gets fucked at the end, that's a bad thing. Now that I can actually read it, I have to say it's good. Especially the first half, I really feel the love and loneliness. "I'll drug her to help her feel happy" usually comes across as creepy, but you managed made it feel entirely genuine.

In the second half, her dialogue was off, especially the "oh my, you're the boy from the next door!". I know you didn't want to use a specific name to let everyone self-insert, but that's just not how she would greet someone she's known closely for months!
