March's art was better here than last issue, his Red Hood covers are still better though. I imagine him in a mini, doing his own inks and having his colorist when doing covers and given a lot of lead-in time would be better.

So his literally calling himself mister El.

The way he dresses is similar to the Time Trapper, probably inspired by him. So he can be any member from the house of El not restricted by timeline.
