Why was he made the winner in the Amerifat version???
>>93300590
because the audience preferred generic fat character to generic goth character
the real question is why heather won the french version
>>93300637
The french seems to have good taste
>>93300590
I don't really care because my favorite (heather) got to win in World Tour so I'm happy
>Character describing a fight scene

>>93300312
Someone tried to describe the Dr. Strange movie to me that way.
No OP, I think you mean BCHOW BCHOW BCHOW
BCHOW
There is no way a society with mutants could properly function. How do you keep money safe? A vault isn't gonna stop people who can walk through walls and bend metal to their will. It would descend into anarchy in like a month when everyone realises there is no way to keep the peace
>>93300199
Out of the millions of mutants out there only a small percentage of them can do things like walk through wall or bend metal to their will
So a single intangible mutant would have to personally rob thousands of banks in order to even make a difference, not to mention the fact that the cash would probably still have anti-theft devices in them like dye packs. And eventually banks are going to catch on that the perpetrator is intangible and learn to set traps within their vaults, poison gases, walls that are made of materials that are harder to walk through, or maybe create something that causes them to lose control of their powers so that they can't stop being intangible so they fall to the center of the earth.
Same goes for the Magnetos. Once banks realize that they are being targetted by someone with magnetism powers then you start protecting your shit with non-magnetic materials. Ceramics, plastic polymers, fucking spider web weaves.
Also banks are insured for getting robbed.
>>93300199
Why go through all that effort? Just psychically control the people driving the money vans or the bank owners. Or just don't bother with money and steal all the shit you want by convincing them to give it to you for free. Or have one of the computer mutants hack all the money you want. Or just have one travel back in time and give yourself a sports almanac on their way to kill hitler or any of the other million things they do to fuck up the time stream.
Basically humans are completely justified in hating mutants.
Now I want to see a law and order show in a universe where mutants exist.
>People die all the time, just like that. Why, you could wake up dead tomorrow.
>...
>Well, goodnight!
What did he mean by this?
Homer has a very unhealthy lifestyle and was hoping Bart would be prepared in that eventuality
>>93300134
How can you wake up dead?
Is Jaden Smith the best Batman yet? :')
An friend and I are going to be watching first few Peanuts specials, kicking off with a Peanuts mini documentary. If anyone wants to join, you may. If you're from North America though (suspect most of you are) some videos might be blocked are you'll need to use a proxy.

The Stealth episode made me realize that Poison Ivy has barely fought in the show.
Was that Trigon during the stealth montage?
>>93299994
Yep.
Mavis or her aunt.....or blob girl?

The voice acting feels so... Off. And the animation isn't impressing me.

Alright, so when Bendis finally gets bored of him and Marvel gives up on pushing him, what's going to happen to him?
>A. He gets a new name (hopefully something better than "Kid Arachnid") and becomes a minor supporting character in Peter's cast?
>B. Someone uses him as an excuse to do crazy shit the editorial won't allow Peter to be used for?
>C. He becomes a villain?
>D. He becomes dormant until someone feels like giving him another shot?
>E. He dies?
>F. He just starts appearing less and less until he just goes away quietly without acknowledgement because nobody can be bothered to even come up with an ending for him.
>>93299681
Unfortunately probably F. purely based on the fact that nobody could figure out a way to make him interesting while they were pushing him.
>>93299681
>A. He gets a new name (hopefully something better than "Kid Arachnid") and becomes a minor supporting character in Peter's cast?
Kid Arachnid is actually a good name
>B. Someone uses him as an excuse to do crazy shit the editorial won't allow Peter to be used for?
Bendis won't allow it unless Miles comes out as the bid damn hero
>C. He becomes a villain?
Bendis won't allow it as long as he's at Marvel
>D. He becomes dormant until someone feels like giving him another shot?
The most likely outcome when Bendis retires
>E. He dies?
Only gonna happen as Bendis's last story or after he leaves
>F. He just starts appearing less and less until he just goes away quietly without acknowledgement because nobody can be bothered to even come up with an ending for him.
Miles has a lot of potential, his creator just hasn't had an original idea in years.
Does this count as a /co/ movie? A movie with a comic book like character that wasn't based on a comic. What are everyone's thoughts on it?
>>93299551
Absolutely fantastic; Raimi, Neeson and McDormand all knock it out the park.
Obviously the effects are a little dated, but, overall, it's a wonderful, dark cape movie: what Deadpool wishes it could be.
TAKE THE FUCKING ELEPHANT
>>93299551
>A movie with a comic book like character that wasn't based on a comic
Technically it was based on a comic related property
At the end of the day, if you strip him of all of his superpowers, Superman is just a very decent man who does what he can to help.
>>93299550
For context, I think Superman had lost his powers someway or another in this scene.
>>93299550
Yes, I agree. If you strip the super from Superman, then he just becomes Man.
Verily.
Romita is great and I hate the circle jerk against him. I wish he'd get a monthly. Kinda hope it'd be Cyborg, Mr Terrific or New Gods. He's very Kirby esque in a lot of cases.
Either that or JSA. He's got a cool aesthetic
>he who looks so forward to the abyss is simply afraid of the light
really makes you think
>>93299502
hey fuck you The Abyss is the only good movie James Cameron ever made that didn't spawn a hundred shitty sequels or crap all over a better movie someone else made
How accurate is this picture?
I bet that /co/ can come up with ONE DOZEN captions more more apt than that in one hour.

I'll start
