Gots me some vegan lasagna for the first time.
Chill though, this isn't /pol/
2 T of olive oil
1/2 C of oat flour (or wheat flour, or reg flour)
4 C of almond milk
3/4 C nutritional yeast
t soy sauce
Whisk at med-high heat until kinda thick.
It's the same thing I use for vegan-mac, except with that I add a 1/4 t of hickory smoke flavoring, and a 1/4 t of smoked salt.
I put paprika over the top, and instead of the meat layer I put diced spinach and sliced zucchini.
URMURGUUUUURDDDD RAW FLESH GROSSES ME OOOOOOOOOOUUUTTTTTTT!!!!!!
So....now that that is over....any advice on getting my bean patties/meatballs etc to hold together better? Used to use egg but now that I've moved away from my ovo/lacto beginnings I am having a hard time.
last time I made lasagna I just poured the bechamel or whatever (flour/margarine/saltnstuff) i've made on top
so it it was filled to the brim with vegetables and fucking saucy. it was so neat, been doing it like that since.
but what you did there seems like another cheap and simple idea
gonna check it out thanks for posting
Yeah, I'll start taking you faggots seriously when you stop trying to recreate delicious food that actually have animal products in them. You stupid fucks just make burgers with fucking oats and tree sap, tofu dogs, then you make some weird fucking goo and call it vegan cheese. Shit if you're so against hurting animals just go live in a forest and stick your fingers up your ass when you're hungry.
