Most of the Skylanders female characters are pretty close to shortstack, but they're not exaggerated in terms of their curves. Here's a list:
Torch, Smolderdash, Splat, Deja Vu, Star Strike, Gearshift, Sprocket, Bat Spin, Hex, Stealth Elf, Chill(who you posted), and Punk Shock.

There are a few other female characters, but I don't know that they'd count as 'short stacks'.

Bottom half of the picture is great, poppy's clothing really works well here. The problems in my eyes arise in the face, hair, ears and dicks. Essentially the largest problem is that the lines you're using look wavey when they should look smooth. There are tools to help you with this. Another problem I'm having with your lines is that they're all essentially the same thickness. As far as I can tell you're not using line weight (there's a little here and there, but it seems mostly random), which if you're drawing faces and people is a must. The eyes also look a bit off, something about the size and shape just look wrong to me but I can't put my finger on it. There's also gotta be some more detail in places, or at least better shading, things like skin and metal should have some shine to make them aesthetically pleasing (porn uses a lot of oil for this reason). While the metal looks good I wasn't really able to tell that what poppy was holding was a horse dick and not a fruit rollup until way WAY after I should have.

Keep at it though, you're making great progress.

On line weight - I know that can really make or break an illustration, but I've never really seen a very good guide on how to pull it off. I don't know how people usually go about it, but I normally sketch, ink, and then on another layer add weight where I feel it should be. Didn't do that on this one partially out of laziness, partially out of experimentation. Just got MS5 and I'm paying with some of the features.

I'll try to get another in this thread and take a crack at applying what you've mentioned.
