Okay here's save for Karmasutra with most areas you can reach without events opened. I picked up all items i stumbled upon(mostly scrolls for Mysa events)
I didn't interacted with any girls(except for Kamala but you have to), i also picked merit/sin options in battle to maintain balance.
Stats in the pic, i used console so enemies are not scaled to your level ie you can one shot everything. Risktaker skill (Sacrifice hp to damage all enemies) is very useful as your hp regen unlike mp, Sage's mind is useful for heal.

The whole story is going backwards in terms of the world building.
Basically, the main enemy in the game is the mirror. It was originally some powerful dude who gets locked inside a mirror dimension by death. Before being locked, he met up with Elsa, the Sultana to plan some conquering shit. Grimhilde's the only one who refused due to being too stuck up. It's only confusing right now because they didn't line it up enough. It'll make sense in the next one i think.
