I really had no choice in the matter plus I did originally try and talk to her cause she was in diapers from the get go. What are everyone's favorite and least favorite parts of this kink?

Two separate distinctions work for me.

One deals with the diaper being implemented as a part of every day activity instead of it being the central event. The diaper is there, but it doesn't become the sole central focus of the work and it's included in other activities, working, eating, sleeping, whatever. I'm 100% diaper lover, so aside from maybe one or two specific aspects, anything adult baby related doesn't interest me.

The other distinction is desperation to an extent since I enjoy the emotions that they cause. It involves both wetting and messing, but primarily messing. As far as that goes, I'm okay with the mess from it coming out to having to deal with it and to the cleanup of it, but anything that involves "play" of the mess is an instant turnoff.

As someone still trying to perfect a comic, I'll say it's been an interesting lesson in writing smut to remain appealing, but also move a meaningful plot along.

I think people just need to exercise a little restraint when it comes to those 'fap' moments. Trying to make every page the climax or hold out the pay off to the last page is frustrating for everybody.

Visually speaking, I find several tricks can make each page valuable to some person or another. A little upskirt, a cute outfit, or a merely a character calling attention to another character's diapers can be enough. Little things to keep everybody's engine revved. Pepper that stuff in among your plot and you can progress naturally through a story rather than a fetish fever dream.

But you still have your original problem of creating a 'good' story. Which, I think you can just reach back into classic themes. Discovery of one's self, learning to appreciate others, the value of friendship, growing into yourself, revenge etc.

Piece together your first, second, and third acts to develop a coherent story.

I won't go into too much detail yet to keep this post relatively short (can go into detail later), but my current idea revolves around a non-ABDL as the subject. She is far away from home and is under the disguise of someone else that is currently missing. However, the missing person the subject is disguising herself as does require diapers due to the missing person's incontinence. From here, in order for the subject to keep her disguise believable to the missing person's nearby friends and acquaintances, the subject has to wear the diapers even though she is neither incontinent nor a fetishist. The most important aspect of this idea is how the diaper wearing affects the subject and how she gradually responds to "needing" them.

Another quick example without too much detail involves the subject getting caught out in a bad situation which forces her to hide in a small area before she is seen out of place due to the area. No one sees her, but she is stuck in the small area until it clears out. Hours passes by and the subject is struggling; her throat is scratchy, her neck hurts, her bladder is full, her foot is asleep, etc. With respect to her effort, she eventually pees in the diaper uncontrollably (functional incontinence), but the diaper acts as the lifesaver for her. The room clears out and she is able to escape safely. After the incident, her hindsight kicks in and the subject realizes that if it wasn't for the diaper she was wearing, the pee would have spread out from where she was hiding and she would have been discovered and caught.

These aren't the only aspects of what I would want to create, but those are some examples. There's more to it, especially the gradual change of the subject over time.
