Are there any web IRC clients that can do XDCC?

I mostly use web IRC clients for my IRC needs and don't want to download a client because all my stuff is already nicely set up on my current one. Web IRC clients like Irccloud also keep me online with minimum lag or ping issues in case my connection gets unstable without spamming all my channels with connect/disconnect messages so I don't really feel like switching clients just to download anime.
